I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times, and almost every visit I’ve had an issue with the same older lady who has been working there for years. I truly think she’s overstressed and overwhelmed, but the way she talks to customers and even to the younger employees is very disrespectful.
What makes it worse is that the newer McDonald’s at 812 Minnesota Ave always has fantastic service and amazing employees. They’re respectful, fast, and professional every single time. So there’s no reason this location should be providing the complete opposite experience.
My first issue here was when part of my order was missing. When I called to ask if I could pick it up next time or get a refund, she argued with me instead of helping. She insisted they “don’t have extras sitting in the warmer,” even though they had made me pull forward and wait — meaning my food clearly wasn’t ready and might’ve been handed to someone else.
A few days later, I came back to get ice cream for my family. I ordered through the app, which doesn’t give an option to request the ice cream in a cup or to make it small for kids. When we politely asked for it at the window, she gave us attitude again. Another worker even apologized to us because of how rude she was being.
The younger employees are respectful and trying their best, but the attitude from this one manager destroys the whole experience. This location seriously needs better customer service and management oversight

You have to watch how you order and what you receive i guess. I ordered a ordered a value meal and was asked if I wanted a medium or large. I paid for a large but they i guess only count the fries as a large a handed me a medium drink. I thought a large was a large drink and fries but I guess they are finding ways to continuously rip people off.

First time ordering there and dont think I’ll go back
They forgot part of my order, didnt understand my sauce order as simple as nugget sauce only, also my burger was very soggy and box was also soggy due to the burger king soggy and oily. Had to re-cook my nuggets cause it was soggy and not fully cooked too.

This place sucks dont go here. They had me waiting for my food just for it to be cold and wrong. Sad to say it’s not even the first time from this place. You’re better off just going to the one on rainbow it’s way better.

No public restrooms. I’ve always gotten great service here before and since I have a job in healthcare which requires me to meet people in their homes for a large majority of the day, I have relied on this mcdonalds frequently for their safe clean restrooms and a quick side of fries. I’m sad they have made this change, I won’t be stopping here for lunch anymore.

BEWARE OF THIS MC DONALDS
they do false advertising
I used my code then when I go to pay they refuse to let me use my cold so i said”that’s stealing and false advertising”
The worker is rude they refused my service when I pulled in to pay today and he said “we don’t serve ur kind here”
Then slammed the window

All because I look different they want to not serve me I made a complaint with the headquarters

Just because I look different doesn’t mean I should be harassed by the workers

I also spoke with the manager same day and she yelled at me for saying they are stealing

I overheard workers there talk bad and degrading about some of the customers there while I was there. I don’t think they’re supposed to be eating back behind the counter either awhile asking and serving customers food either.

They are not trained in service animal laws.

I only stopped to use the bathroom. Bathroom is very clean. The stalls are solid walls all around, providing peak privacy. However, the space between the floor and stall door is a little high for my taste. The music was nice and loud so I could do my business with no fear of anyone hearing me do so. They did not have paper towels, only the air dryers
