This mcDonald’s ranks high in the worst McDonald’s list. I don’t know how their system works but contrary to the other McDonald’s who receive the order and start making the food when you are nearby, this location starts making it as soon as they receive it.
Other McDonald’s wait for the customers to get there, this location will make you drink with ice and let you drink literal water when you pick it up. I have never gotten hot food here and their online other things is pointless. One day you order and get to the store within 5 min and wait 20+ minutes for the other. Another day you arrive within 10 minutes and have to wait 30min. Then other times you order and get there and it’s already made and cold.
This location seems to judge you more by appearances rather than seeing you as a paying customer. Let’s say customer service is not their priority. The only reason I was still going there is that it’s the only McDonald’s around but the order I received today would likely be my last one at this location.

This location in ottawa ks is horrible. The fast food is not fast at all. Order online for pickup and wait 20ish minutes for the food. And once get the food it is cold. Or they dont get the order correct. It seems the staff are more focused on talking to their friends than working. I would avoid this location if possible.

Visited this location on December 28th, a Sunday morning. I was traveling that day so I used the app to make my order in advance. Upon arriving they were very busy and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my order.
The young man serving the front counter behaved as if he didn’t want to be there. He and another employees had an earbud in their ear.
I had to check up on my order twice to see if it was being made.
The drinks were good. But the sandwiches were lukewarm.
I did finally receive an apology for the wait from one of the staff.
Usually McDonald’s food is hot and fresh and quick. This visit was disappointing and I will choose a different McDonald’s location or a different restaurant in my future travels.

I placed a mobile order this evening, and while the food was decent (on par with what I expect from McDonalds) except one thing. I paid for 6 dipping sauces with my order, and received zero. It’s $0.60, I’m not worried about the money. I’m frustrated that I didn’t get my full order, and that my husband and I had no dipping sauces for our meals.

My grandson absolutely loves going to McDonald’s, and honestly, I think I enjoy it just as much as he does. Every time we pull into the parking lot, he starts smiling because he knows exactly what he wants to order. The excitement in his voice when he talks about getting his Happy Meal always makes me laugh. He says the fries are the best in the world, and I cannot argue with that. They are always hot, crispy, and perfectly salted.
For me, the chicken nuggets are the main attraction. They are golden, crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside. I like to dip them in their barbecue or honey mustard sauce while my grandson dunks his in ketchup. The breakfast menu is also one of my favorites. There is nothing quite like starting the morning with a warm sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a freshly brewed cup of McDonald’s coffee. The coffee has a rich flavor and is always consistent wherever we go.
The service is friendly, the food comes out quickly, and the restaurant is always clean. It is more than just a quick stop for food. It has become one of our favorite little traditions together, a place where we share smiles, good food, and happy memories every single time.

Why can’t the store in Ottawa Ks. Ever put food out the window. What happened to speed of service. For years now. They push us forward. When will this store get it together. Breakfast lunch or dinner. It’s always pull around. Lazy workers and lazier management

They’re better off making it into a Sonic Bay ordering if all they’re doing is telling them to go around the building and on top of that they have no idea who gets what order when they come outside car by car asking is this your order

Absolutely horrible. was in mobile order for over an hour with no one getting their orders. We finally walked in there and found out how many people were actually in that line for over an hour. my fries were cold as they just came out of the bag. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I ordered triple cheeseburger with no onion and a large fry light salt and I was even asked to pull forward because they was waiting on my fries… But when I got my food, there was no possible way those were fresh because they would have been really hot…. They was half cold and already half hard and nasty….I was quite upset because that meant I waited extra time just to NOT receive HOT fresh food
