I’m truck driver today 02/24/26 I was out of hours and fasting Ramadan than I take a turn in at this McDonalds with my semi truck and trailer got some to eat and I slept right by nobody bothered me and I wasn’t blocking the road. It’s not a truck stop and there’s no truck parking but much thanks for letting me rest. God bless

I am very dissatisfied with my experience tonight.
Went through drive through to pick up two orders.. everything was great until we got to the window to pay.
My amount was 5.59 and I accidentally gave the woman a 20 rather than a 10 and I asked her if I could get my 20 back and she just put her hands up and said she couldn’t….
Annoying.
And then the next window to get the food, The lady didn’t even look in the bag and she handed it to me and then when I asked for my drinks, she said well that’s not your order. What did you order and so I told her and she snatched the bag back from me and was rolling her eyes.
When I got my other order, she was still snippy and I Took the high road and told her thank you and to have a good night she didn’t say nothing and then closed the window.
We didn’t even get any straws
Poor customer service and poor attitudes.

Super fun playing place for the kids, with plenty of seating for the family. The kids enjoy the large slide, the “spinner things” on the second floor, and the “balance things”.
Service is not particularly friendly, even by McDonald’s standards, but order was accurate and the food was exactly what you expect from McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru yesterday morning at 7:24am. Ordered two sausage mcgriddles, a hash brown, and a steak egg and cheese bagel meal, the young lady at the drive thru seemed to be in a rush, granted it was busy, but when I got to the window to pay she said “a steak bagel and two sausage egg and cheese burritos” I then told her it was two sausage mcgriddles, she just closed the window, opened it and said the total cost which was $25 and some change. I thought something was wrong since the price was so high, asked if the 2 for $6 was still going on and she said no. I get my receipt and food to find out that she put down two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles instead of just sausage, and she also didnt add the hash brown that I ordered right after the mcgriddles. Since I drove off and realized this once I got home, I called them as soon as I parked, got to the voice mail, left all my information just for them to not call me back. So not only did I over pay for something that we didnt want, and had a missing item not added to the order, but they also just don’t care. Good luck everybody else.

Food is consistently good, but cleanliness is poor. If you visit the bathroom, you will never come back. It is clear it hasn’t been cleaned in probably a week. McDonald’s is usually know for cleanliness, but not this place.

The food is hit or miss. Today, seemed a bit stale. We go for the play place and $5 deals. It was 11:30 am. Everything should’ve been fresh. It’s also very frustrating that there’s no option for a Mayo packet on the menu and they’re hidden way behind the counter. Who’s stealing mayo?? Just leave some on the counter so we don’t have to wait 5 min and be grumbled at by the employee (the gal who’s been there for years, it seems, and isn’t ever very happy.) I was very polite but didn’t get a smile or a word. There are signs all over saying “No loitering. 30 min max.” It’s an empty restaurant, save 2 people at 2 different tables. Between the employee and the signs, it’s not at all welcoming. As far as the play area, I am glad there weren’t any spilled milkshakes in the climbing area this time. But it’s still pretty dirty and dusty. I climb in there with my 2 year old at times, and I don’t think it’s been cleaned in months. In the restrooms, there’s NO papertowels, only air dryers. So it’s very loud and obnoxious for anyone with sensitivities, and you can’t wipe down the counters so you don’t get water all over your shirt. :/ Ask me about that. And sadly, you’d think a location with a play place would have a better changing station. This is in the women’s restroom. No idea if the men’s room even has one. How is this at all safe??

The food is the same called you would expect. And I appreciate the consistency. The only negative about this place is that the drive-through order was completely to a robot. It’s hard to drive around the building because the driving lanes are so narrow.

I don’t know if they have a consistent schedule but their early morning crew, specifically the older man who takes orders at the speaker is so bad at it. I really try to give the benefit of the doubt to food service because I used to work in it, but I’m genuinely shocked he still had this job. The lady at the next window had a ponytail, sorry I do not know their names, but she did a great job trying to pick up after him when my order was severely messed up. He was also very rude.
