I took my Grandkids here because they wanted to play. I accidentally ordered in the app ahead of time and when I got there, I realized I ordered from a different location. Jorge was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me cancel my order and reorder. Max was also helpful and very nice. Thanks for the GREAT customer service!

So fast at breakfast. This place understands that it’s not just about the food itself. I pulled up to a curbside number, placed my order, and had it before the car that was at the end of the drive thru line when I pulled up was at the window. And, the drive thru was moving fast!

This is likely to be my last stop here. (Except that my grandkids like the play area.) The quality of food & service have gone down steadily in recent months. But this was the ladt straw. With 10 or more cars in the drive-through lane, they still managed to give me the oldest, dryest cheeseburger I’ve ever experienced (anywhere, not just McDonalds or this McDonalds). The girl at the pickup window didn’t look at me or speak. Even when I said “thank you” as she reached out behind her back with my sack; no acknowledgement. I would have said rough time or bad day, but this has been getting worse over months. It’s the new trend. This was on December 4 at 6:20 p.m.

I go to this mcdonald’s a lot and something is ALWAYS missing. i got a 10pc today, only got 9 nuggets. they forgot my straw, ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened.the other day i got a BEC Mcgriddle and got sausage on it. i’m tired of going there and getting my order wrong.

I used the app to make things go faster like they advertised. After giving my order number I set in the drive through line for 7-10 minutes before I get to the first window then after receiving my receipt I wait long only to get to the final window to get my food to be told we are waiting on fries will you pull around d and we will bring it out to you … another 5-7 minutes wait and when I got my food the fries where luke warm at best and they have the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets and the rest of the food is cold.

I don’t like the fact one I can’t get my own drink… and the BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAVE they don’t even have napkin dispensers on the counter tops by the soda machine… I shouldn’t have to ask every time I want a napkin. This store is garbage the boss is garbage and most of the employees are as well.

They helped me make a cheeseburger cake my son wanted possible. They were all excited about it. Especially Ash the kid at the counter… He was so into making the cake great. Big thanks to all the people that helped with it at McDonald’s. Y’all rock.
