Our group of seven ordered the Grinch Meals and holiday pies. One of the Grinch meals had a number of special requests. Everything was made to order fresh and perfectly. They had a team of three people deliver everything to our car at once, even though it looked like they were quite busy, which I appreciated. Was very happy with the food and the service, thank you!

Went for breakfast, went inside, used kiosk. 20 minutes later I had to ask about my order. Employee was rude. Gave me the order but was missing hash browns. When I say gave me the order, she picked up bag and dropped it and She acted disgusted with me and walked off. Food was cold. Everyone at this store seemed unfriendly. Not where I plan to go again.

The food is like all other McDonald’s but the this location in always extremely slow. I usually try not to stop at this location when making my food decisions because the service is always so incredibly slow. Today hit a low point in speed. I literally sat still, after placing my order, for approx 10 min. The cashier was very friendly in apologizing for the wait. I wasn’t upset for the wait because I knew what to expect, and only had myself to blame for stopping.

A girl named Elizabeth took our order at the drive thru and was extremely rude. We were on the verge of leaving the drive thru and abandoning the order because of this. The only saving grace was the really nice guy that came to the pickup window and answered our questions. I’m from out of town and will NEVER deal with this location again.

Very disappointed, I ordered food for my 5 year old son and myself and they forgot the pancakes in the big breakfast order, (I went through the drive thru) I got home and I noticed the issue i called the store and got hung up on, I then tried to call back 3 more times and it just rang until I got some message to enter a code. Now I live about 20 mins away from the store so I didn’t drive back just for pancakes but to be hung up on and be disrespected is a bit much I wasn’t even going to do a bad review but after that I felt I should. I ordered on 1/18/2026 drive thur oder number 1409.

It’s a pretty cool/nice one but they had messed up our orders. We had come through during a weekend for the KC ren fair, attempted to order 3 meals but it was punched in as 1 meal, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. My brother in-law and I didn’t notice the error until we got back to my wife, whom was not to pleased with us.

I would consider my meal a BETTER Value, if their Chicken Nuggets AND French Fries, were not CONSISTENTLY Cold or very cool, tough, dry, & difficult to attempt chewing ~ as though they had tried dunking them into the fryer again, to reheat them!!!!!
When they are more sub-par than usual, you must circle their building, to re-enter the long Drive-thru line again …. just to request FRESH Nuggets, &/or French Fries.
I suppose I’ll have to begin initiating my orders, by stating that I would appreciate receiving FRESH French Fries & Nuggets, upon my FIRST trip traversing their Drive-thru ~ in order to save a lot of time & hassle (while Burgers are now getting cold) …. or drive approx. 5 more min., & order food from D.Q., Taco Bell / K.F.C., or elsewhere!!!!

Awful service. We ordered four breakfast burritos, and some orange juice. The burritos coke out no problem, but the cashier (a short little Hispanic girl), just gave us a large cup instead of an orange juice. Maybe she was just being lazy, or made a mistake, but she placed the ordered as a large coke instead.
When we tried to correct her, she insisted that we said a large drink and refused to changed the order. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful.
Making a mistake is perfectly fine. However, refusing to admit a mistake was made, then trying to gaslight the customer is absolutely appalling.

Went this last Friday, We were told to pull forward and wait about 10 minutes for the pumpkin pies we ordered, but instead of the 6 pumpkin pies, they brought out 3 apple pies as a replacement and we told them we’ll just wait. We had gotten our food before the pies so it got all cold while we waited Then they brought us the pies after like 15 to 20 minutes.
