Restaurant with good vibe and great service One thing o love about this restaurant is the latte machine is always working and well calibrated. Latte at other McDonald’s is either cold or too milky or simply the machine is not working after a certain time. I came here three times late night and could always have a good hot latte. Restaurant is very clean and service is great

The food is what you would expect. It was fresh and the young man who brought the food out was very kind. The restaurant was clean and well lit though the Matt on the south entrance is rolled up permanently and is a trip hazard. The only negative is that you have to do your order at the kiosk, but I understand that they’re trying to save money on labor.

I will say, this is honestly out of the ordinary. This rarely happens with fast food, even McDonald’s, but it was honestly such a positive experience. I went to this location around 11:30 today and went through the drive thru but forgot to.ask for sauce. When I went in a young lady held the outside door for me. I reached to.hold the inside door open for her but she grabbed it, instead holding it open for me. She continued inside and BEFORE going back to whatever she was doing she offered to help with whatever I needed.
I know its kind of silly for something like this to make me so happy, but you just don’t see this anymore. She was young and so kind, polite, and thoughtful.
To the girl who held the door open for me, THANK YOU! You deserve to know you did a great job and that it was appreciated!!
(I don’t remember her name. I wish I did.)

Seems like no one in the restaurant even knows what they are doing. Lady at the second window has a horrible attitude. Argued with me about my coffee. Asked for a mocha iced coffee add chocolate. Normally I would assume they know they have CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE. But instead she yelled at me that chocolate and mocha are the same thing ‍♀️ and the coffee is AWFUL. After all of that hassle it wasn’t even worth it. Tastes like they either reuse coffee or it’s old. Disgusting. Not worth the time nor money.

This one is nearest to my house. They almost never give me my nugget dipping sauce. The wait is long in the evenings. Steak N Shake across the street is faster food. But, the food is usually correct and a good temperature. The staff are friendly.

Absolutely insane they let these people work here. I’ve come to this location for 5 years without problems. One morning the person at the window asks aggressively what I ordered. It was 5 am. I couldn’t remember off the top exactly. So I asked if the had it in the system. James then decided to say “nope I’m not going to serve you.” Then shut the window. When I went to the next window to speak to the other employee, he intercepted and told me again I would not be served. For what I have no idea. Because he leaves immediately, shutting the window. I then leave and drive to work while calling this E Battlefield location only to have James (the manager) answer and asks what I want. When I ask to speak to a different employee to inquire about the corporate number to sustain fiat service, he tells me falsely that I’m the only person in the store that I can talk to. James G is an absolutel abomination of a manager. No people skills. No managerial skills. Or the ability to overcome his ego. All clearly showing becoming apparent while just trying to get a fair answer out of someone who knows I’m calling in about their behavior. A disgrace. I wanted someone else and he refused. Refused service, customer service, or even an answer to my solution. Do not go here. I promise you it is not worth whatever 3 dollar item you want. Make better choices.

One typically expects a certain level of automated precision from a global titan of industry, yet my recent encounter with their digital interface was the first omen of the disaster to follow. Through some inexplicable glitch in their proprietary “architecture,” my order was transmitted to a franchise in Tampa Bay—a geographic oversight that would be comical if it weren’t so indicative of the systemic apathy at play.

Upon finally securing my meal from a local outpost, the presentation was nothing short of a gastronomic crime scene.

The Pommes Frites: Rather than being housed within their cardboard vessel, they had been unceremoniously jettisoned into the paper bag, sweating in their own salt and oil.

The Burger Construction: A masterclass in “minimum viable product.” The tomato was not a slice, but a discarded pedicel end—a meager, quarter-sized nub consisting almost entirely of tough skin.

The Experience: There is an inherent indignity in paying for sustenance that feels like an afterthought.

To dine is to seek a moment of grace; here, I found only chaos and the bitter taste of a “tomato” that should have been in the compost bin. I shall be avoiding this establishment with the same vigor one reserves for a recurring fever.

Very friendly service. Good location. Big dinning area. Clean tables. Food is like any other McDonald’s. Their breakfast burritos are still rolled as loose as a goose but they can actually put cheese on the whole sandwich (unlike some McDonald’s) not the best in town but not the worst.

Terrible service. Brody was rude, arrogant and dismissive. The drive through lane was backed up so bad the entire parking lot was filled with cars waiting for their food. We waited 15MIN for two breakfast sandwiches. No special order, just a simple 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches

As Brody came outside to deliver the food, he looked right at me as he passed by and said “this isn’t for you.”

He then delivered our food to another customer, who opened the bag, examined the sandwich and left it open in the bag.

Brody then took the returned food and brought it to us. When I told him the food was opened and it looks like someone touched it since it’s OPEN and not in the wrapper anymore he said “So? what do you want me to do?”

I said I’d like to speak to the manager. He said they’re too busy to talk to you.

There’s a sign up front that says they expect their customers to treat their employees like family. Evidently they have a history of poor service which prompted that sign to be put up.

Avoid this location. Terrible management. Terrible service, and poor food handling practices. This place should be shut down by the FDA.
