Buyer beware!! Pick another location!!
In all my years on this earth, I have never gotten sick eating at any McDonald’s. It had always been my comfort food, my safety net. 2/26/2026 my family was out shopping and stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch. I had a “daily double” meal. My burger tasted off, so I didn’t finish it. I was nauseated almost immediately, and did get violently sick about 2 hours after we left. I still don’t feel normal the next day, and I recommend picking any other location in town.

Made a mobile order for breakfast right before they stopped serving. Went through on my phone and bank account. Get to the drive through and lady through intercom shows me my order and tells me to pull up to first window. Get to first window and lady claims I have not made an order even when I show her I was at the correct one and it shows a code AND THAT I PAID. Then she brings her manager out and he claims that it’s not going through on their end which I overheard them saying they see it on their screen, they just didn’t want to get their breakfast stuff back out. Tells me I’d have to reorder on their app EVEN THOUGH BREAKFAST WAS OVER BY THEN SO I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REPLACE MY ORDER.

Waited in a mobile order spot(supposedly faster than drive thru) for 20 minutes for a large fry (that takes like 3 minutes to make), a mcchicken and 3 drinks. When I went in to ask where my food was the chick at the counter (that looked at me 3 times before I had to get her attention) told me the guy just took some food out that might be mine. Then said the most pathetic “I’m sorry” I’ve ever heard as I had to go outside to check if the food was at my car because they can’t do their jobs properly

Ordering went fine but the first window charged me for the wrong order (this is not the first time) and I was not given a receipt (they rarely give you a receipt and we should not have to ask for it). They honored the mistake which was nice and we got our correct order. The food wasn’t the freshest and the bbq sauce to one of our happy meals was already opened and looked like it had been used so my child did not eat it. We unfortunately did not save the sauce cup to post a picture but we don’t want anything out of it anyways… just bringing awareness so HOPEFULLY they can fix whatever the issue is. If you get lucky, sometimes the service is great during breakfast!

One of the managers…YIKES! I’m glad McDonald’s hires people that need jobs, but the kind they hire they should train them better. The presentation of the people that represent this location are horrible. I wish one was closer to me that is opened before 530, I would never go to this 1! I saw an employee outside and asked if there was a manager i could talk to, he told me the lady that I delt with WAS ONE OF THE MANAGERS! She looked like she just woke up, had no manners and well looked very disheveled to say the least! This is now day 2 of nasty people here and all I want is a coffee!

I’ve ordered the Hot & Spicy McChicken at this location, 4 times already. EVERY TIME, I request NO mayonnaise and when given to me, I ask, No Mayo, Correct? Yet, when I get home, it has mayo and no lettuce. I seriously do not understand the comprehension or lack of it at this restaurant. All 4 times, there have been different people serving. So, no one is checking the order that the cook gets out. Three out of four times, the order ticket has read no mayo.

I ate in the play place with my family, I saw food everywhere on the floors. It took long for McDonalds to bring our order to us, not too long but was longer than normal.
My burger also looked bigger in the app (it wasn’t tasty at all) and my fries were not even hot.
My Hi-C lost flavor at the bottom of its cup.

Said that they didn’t see my mobile order on the screen when they clearly did, or else we wouldn’t of gotten checked in at the drive through and I heard her say that they saw it on the screen before she went and got her manager. Then they tried to say it was because of a ‘payment error’ but in the bank account it says its waiting on them to accept the payment. Said I could reorder the food but they know breakfast would have been over at that time and the menu would have been regular food, they’re just lazy and didn’t wanna make the food and acted dumb about it.
