Very nice employees and management! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door with bright smiles. The service was great, and very fast! We got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. I definitely recommend stopping by on your travels!

Every time I’ve gone to McDonald’s and it’s roughly every other day or so, they forget something in my order! I order a quarter pounder with cheese and get two double cheeseburgers, I ordered McFlurry and they don’t give them to me, I order large fries with a large meal and they don’t give me the fries, even the drinks I don’t wind up with straws. And tonight I order two apple pies it’s on the ticket and I don’t get them. I live 10 miles away. And it’s not worth it for me to go all the way back there just to get what they missed and forgot to put in my bag. I even checked and they still mess up. I ordered a ranch style snack wrap, and I wind up with a spicy one.

Refused to use Halloween coupons. Because my children were over the 12 year old age on the coupon. (13 and 14) coupons given out as trick or treat gifts. Anything to not give a free cone or hamburger. And on Halloween too! (10pm) we will avoid this restaurant and any otter ones affiliated with this franchise from now on…. thanks for the crappy experience on Halloween and ruining my children’s excitement.

It seems to always be busy and because of that the quality of food suffers some. As in the burgers are just thrown together so they don’t even line up. Also, if your trying to play the Monopoly game right now they have been out of any products containing the game pieces and you do not get offered any other options.

The original ordering process went well, I felt for the kid as he was clearly working the grill, taking orders and working window. He did awesome, would give 5 stars to that guy. He forgot the ranch (no biggie), so I circled back through as I know typical lobbies close a little earlier than the drive thru. A got to the window, waited for a couple of minutes, saw a lady walk by so tapped on the window to get her attention. She rolled her eyes, mouthed “no” and walked away. I went in, someone said the lobby is closed, I asked for the ranch and she gave me the evil eye the whole time as the guy at the counter handed me the ranch without issue. I just wanted some ranch that I had to pay for, lady, jeez. I wasn’t even upset that it was forgotten, but I’m upset with how it was handled. Something I would have expected from a high schooler, not a 60+ yr old woman/child.

I ordered a Mcrispy meal and I got it delivered. When I opened the bag I had the fries and the drink and no Mcrispy. I tried calling and no one was picking up, eventually they blocked me. Somebody needs training or needs to get fired.

One of the worst. Drive thru Lines are consistently wrapped around the building. Pre-orders is just as bad. Waiting 20 + minutes for this basic food is beyond ridiculous. Management here DOES NOT CARE. Fix it or maybe buikld a full size restaurant.
