I placed a mobile order at 4:43 AM because both the McDonald’s app and Google clearly state this location opens at 4:30 AM. When I arrived, the store was completely closed and doesn’t actually open until 5:00 AM.
To make it worse, the app automatically checked me in just because I was nearby and charged me for food I never received. Order #PT21.
How does a business mess this up? If you can’t open at the time you advertise, then fix your hours. And if your system auto-checks people in, you better not be charging them while your doors are locked.
Refund order #PT21. This is sloppy management and a broken system.

Service is amazing , The way people are great is great . The women who clean the stations are very kind of nature.
The cashier is also very polite , I requested for pets but they denied understandable but she provided a small cup to fill water it’s very kind of her.

It’s average food that everyone can find something they like, but everyone has ate hundreds of times and can’t be excited about it. 2 stars may seem low but think about it, it’s a honest review of what a McDonald’s is. Food to eat cause your hungry.

I’ve been told by several employees not to eat certain foods because they are not properly contained. The attached photo was also posted on fb not too long ago which shows a roach in a sealed package of apples that was given in her child’s happy meal. Do what you will with this information.
