Ordered 2 big macs, 1 double quarter pounder, with cheese, a large fry, one regular fry and one small fry. Was not given a receipt, but was told the charge was almost thirty dollars. Last time you see me there. You are a joke for a business. Sonic is better service, better tasting food. And gives receipts. You were not even busy yet.

Place our order,paid did get a receipt & like always messed up. What we ordered was suppose to come with fries. Was told to pull forward thinking okay will get hot fresh fries, Worker came out and gave us our food no fries at all in the bag. Had to pull around and go in & got stale fries out the door.

My husband and I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles. We drove off and 10 minutes later we check the bag and see that we were given 2 sausage McMuffins. My husband can’t eat the sausage so we turned around to get the order fixed. The lady at the counter seemed confused at how and why to change out the wrong order we got. She literally told my husband “I’m not sure what to do”. Ummmmm, you fix the order would be the most common sense. He finally got the correct order but this made us lose 20 minutes of drive time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had to grab something to eat quickly because we were starting to feel sick from waiting too long before lunch. It had been a while since we’d had McDonald’s, and it was convenient at the time. But as soon as we ate there, we regretted it—we both started feeling sick, like our stomachs were upset.

They always forget something in the bag and I have to drive all the way back to get what they missed and by the time I get home it’s all cold and chewy. I usually remember to check the bag but if I don’t I’m not eating for another hour. I’m sick of this place. I’ll find the extra 15 minutes to Wendy’s.

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Both of them looked like they were fried in dirty oil. There were flies all around my food, and most of the tables were dirty. The server was almost mumbling when taking my order but she was nice though.
