Staff members were pretty busy and didn’t make customer service a priority.
[1] I asked a young man that was stocking cups at the drink machine where the lemonade was; he said that it was behind the counter, but he didn’t assist me. I waited at the counter and there was no one available to help. When the cup stocker was finished, he offered to assist me. It felt like he could have helped or found someone to help sooner.
[2] I ordered a simple cheeseburger. Having cooked many cheeseburgers at home myself, I know that it isn’t that challenging to add cheese in a way that it covers the burger. When the cheese is half off the burger, it is a sign of carelessness. See Pictures.

Update… McDonald’s sent a message that doesn’t open a link. When I found how to send a reply, it won’t send because their comment link is incomplete. I’m sure the reply is just a robot response and not the owner of the St.James location. If I lived locally I would have the county health department come and do food prep checks and things would change. You would think if the owner new raw food was served, they’d be all over finding out how and reply about it. Nope, just crickets

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 medium fries made fresh, one happy meal, 2 buffalo sauces and 1 buffalo ranch cup.
Opening the bag of the 2 fries, one of them had a long black hair entangled within the fries. I go to exchange it and was given a set of fries that tasted like they were sitting under the lamp for at least 5 minutes (not fresh at all). Then to find we didn’t receive the buffalo ranch cup either and when we told the employee this she stated they were all out and walked away flustered. She didn’t even offer a refund. I understand it’s just 25 cents for a sauce cup but the fact is that a refund wasn’t even offered or even offered to be replaced.
Will not be returning. Terrible service.

Not good gravy at all. Was like glue. Coffee was poured from 2 different pots and coffee grounds in my cup.
Service at front counter wasn’t very friendly.

I have been driving over 5 hours , and I was hungry and tired.
But ,I Ordered food with a smile.

Mc Donald’s has only skyrocketed their prices. Anyone else remember the daily value meals two time cheaper. Now you get 2 snack wraps fries and a drink for 10 bucks. What a crazy world.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the US maybe the world. They are really slow, and have a bad habit of messing up people’s orders. Be prepared to wait about 10 minutes to get your food. If you’re in the drive through they’ll just park you to wait. It’s really not much better even if you order ahead on the app.

1 first off there was a boil order in effect for the hometown so they had no soda at all except for 2 l of Dr pepper they were pouring at the window. when we got to the window our apple pies for our order we’re not ready and it took approximately 15 minutes for us to get them.
