Let’s start with the positive, both sandwiches were made as ordered and good sadly that’s where it ended. Staff loud and obnoxious entire time we were inside, table had been wiped down but was not clean as the wipe marks never went away; floor a greasy mess on this rainy day making it plenty slippery plus the two spots where it was obvious something had been spilled and never really cleaned up but was barely still wet. It was the lunch rush so I get being busy but this is an everyday all day thing for McDonald’s, order at kiosk entered our table number and received it order by name being called and it handed to us in a to go bag despite it clearly saying eating in while waiting to get our cups that were never given to us a guy came in from outside saying he had been waiting for over 30 min outside and all that was said was were you in the drive thru at one point? No I’m so sorry just gave him his cheese burger and he was fine!

Ordered out and got a kids meal with chicken nuggets. Man they were really good. It tasted just like real chicken. The fries were fresh. It has been a long time since I have had freshly cooked fries and they were cooked perfectly yummy. I used their app and got my fries free. I do love their app.

Manager last night was horrible. Sit in drive thru from 10:15 to midnight waiting on my order. Run my battery down. When I did get to window to get order she told me that they didn’t have what I ordered and that I would get this kind of sandwich. Very poor managing. Biggest fireworks in town and no help. Food was cold and the lemonade was nothing but water. There were 6 people standing at the window just standing doing nothing.

On 6-9 Around 9:15ish. I waited 22 mins for my order!! This is insane! Yet over 10 cars / orders in drive- thru went out the window I was still waiting along with 5 other people! You have 2 TEENAGER MANAGERS who clearly are struggling and need help. Whether it’s short staffed or not 22 Mins is unexplainable.

This mcdonalds in the afternoon is a complete disaster. The manager is hateful and is constantly yelling at her employees. Off the clock employee has come to the counter four different times ro get stuff that was forgotten, all the while distracting the other ones. I mobile ordered my food and still ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for the food. I asked for ketchup and they gave me like 6 packets of ketchup for 2 large fries. The manager did nothing to really help her crew instead she stood there barking orders at everyone around her while she bagged food. She contestants belittled her employees all because her drive thru times were a little bad. It isn’t normally this bad, but this time was bad.
