We got there quite hungry but they were quite slow. Even though there were only 2 other groups in the restaurant, we waited for 15 minutes for our food. I know because I timed them from the moment we walked in.
Then I ordered another round of food for our family who was arriving and this time it took them 20 minutes. I ordered at 9pm and they brought it out at 9:20. Furthermore, since the drink machine was not out on the floor, we had to wait another 8 minutes to refill our water. This did not make for a good experience.
I will say that the restroom was clean and well kept and the floors of this location was clean. The food was good so that is good. I expect that of McDonald’s, it’s why I own shares of the Franchise.

My iced coffee from here today tasted like cigarettes. It was absolutely disgusting, and beyond inedible. I also ordered a ranch snack wrap and that thing was DRY! It was gross overall.

Every single time I go to pick up and yes its super slow out hardly anyone in line, your employees cannot read a ticket, they always forget kids meals items or drinks, makes this complaint a few ago and was even responded to just to have it happen again, they need to READ the ticket, double or triple checking them isnt that difficult! The most important part was that I asked for Unsalted fries for health issues but we’re completely doused in salt, this also keeps happening, your employees aren’t reading the tickets! Frozen drink not working, out of sprite, out monopoly and grinch stuff way before its ever over, this town sucks

No matter how you order, in store or online, your simple order takes longer than a sit down restaurant and the prices the chain has set, is ridiculous. I could go somewhere nicer for the same price. Only good for a quick cheeseburger but still usually have to wait 5-10 for one burger. If you order more than that, plan on waiting forever.

I try to lower my expectations when I go to a McDonald’s, but this has go to be one of the absolutely slowest McDonald’s in existence. Drive thru, pick up dine in… it doesn’t matter, even at 2-4 during slower hours or early in the morning or late in the evening, don’t expect to have your food in time for your lunch break at work.

Saturday the 13th of July 2024 served a crispy fly inside my MC nuggets. I had no idea they now included extra protein from insects nowadays. So if your looking for a lil extra something special in your meal this definitely the place to not only get your lunch but also loose it all in one convinent spot. Just look at that crispy goodness

I’ve used the mobile app for years at different McDonald’s locations but this is the first time my experience was terrible. When I got back to my desk and I opened the bag & I realized my hashbrown was not in the bag. I made a simple phone call to the restaurant to let them know about the missing item. I was told I could come back and get it. But they stop serving breakfast in 2 mins so if I come after that I would be given fries. I informed her I would prefer to have the item I actually ordered which was the hashbrown. She said unless I got there by 1030 they wouldn’t give me a hashbrown. She was very unpleasant so I asked to speak to someone else perhaps a manager. She then stated she was the manager I asked her, so was I just out of my money and not getting a hashbrown to which she replied yes, nonchalantly. I then asked for a refund to which she replied I would have to come get in person even though I ordered it on the app. The whole experience was awful. I’m very disappointed not because of the missing item but because of the poor customer service that followed.

There was oil all over my burger went back through the line to get a new one and they gave me the old one just whipped the oil off and gave me a new container . Called to take to the gm and the girl that’s training to be manger just hung up on me.
