Due to it being cheap and close by I eat here all the time (drive through) the food tastes on par with any other McDonalds and the service is the same as well. The reason for two stars is over my 50+ orders from this establishment (over the course of a year) they have never, not even once, gotten my order correct. This being said, I typically do not order complicated things and have ordered various things over the past year. Even you order a cheeseburger with a couple preset adjustments (not special request) and nothing else with the order not even fries and drink, your cheeseburger WILL NOT be made correctly. Also, sometimes there will be malicious compliance such as if you ask for extra salt on the burger as I did recently when I received a burger that appeared to be 1/3 salt and pepper 2/3 burger making it nearly inedible. HORRIBLE Drive-Thru experience today (and a bad one the last time) on South Limit Ave in Sedalia. First, they upsize your drink without asking and charge you 20 cents for each. (We let that slide this time.) Then, they handed us our food without drinks, closed the window, and said nothing. After waiting & watching the guy fill the milk cabinet and do other stuff, we honked. He then gave us a Coke, but then we watched him pour a partial cup of black flat soda into another Coke-looking 1/2 cup of soda, and tried to give it to me as my Dr. Pepper. It was grosse – tasted like pure cinnamon flavoring. I gave it back and said, “No. This isnt it. Its TERRIBLE.”
He took it and closed the window. 2 mins later,
I honked again. He opened the window, said “I’m working on it,” and told us to pull up while he got my drink. Eight minutes and cold food later, I got out of my car in the rain and went inside as a different young man (a very nice young man) was coming toward the exit with my drink. I took it, tasted it back inside the car– plain carbonated water flavor this time. I parked –leaving my husband who’d already finished his meal– and took the drink and my receipt back, asking for the manager. After a short wait, he appeared, and did nothing. He didn’t even apologize after I told him what happened. He just kind of shrugged it off and gave me a cup to go get my own drink from the restaurant-side dispenser. I quite firmly told him, “This is ridiculous. C’mon. Do Better! Train your people Better, too!”
McDonalds ruined our day for $18.24 ($16.78+tax). For us retirees on a fixed income, we don’t need added aggrevation of poor service.
We have agreed: we will not be returning to this location as a result.
If it weren’t for the nice young man (at front register who takes food to you), I wouldnt have even given 1 star. (He deserves 4-5 stars.)

Picking up doordash orders at this store is truly a nightmare. Teenagers hanging in the mobile area leaning through it talking to their friends who are working. Line is wrapped around the building and the workers are just coming out and chit chatting, complaining about having to train new people for the new store opening across town. Highly unprofessional and genuinely disappointed. Complain when it’s not slammed and talk to your friends at a different time

Whenever I’ve been ordering happy meals or anything with nuggets they have forgotten to put my sauce in my bag twice now. I dont appreciate finding out when I get home. Kids dont appreciate it either.

My wife returned from the Women’s bathroom and said it was the filthiest one she had ever seen. Trash on floor, black ring inside toilet bowl. We were leaving and wife wanted to tell a manager what she experienced. Young man at countered mumbled something in his reply to her but didn’t apologize. Seemed uninterested or passive. Fries were barely tepid. Won’t make that mistake twice. It was two Sundays ago.

The lady told us to go park as soon as we pulled in window but they forgot to give the meals we ordered they only gave the drink . We thought they are still making it but i think they forgot and didn’t even check if there are cars on standby on the drive through section so we have to go inside and check it ourselves. They had our orders on the counter but they put a question mark, told us they would give coupons for the delay but they didnt.

I ordered my food through my mobile app and went inside sat down at the little booth (Table top was really sticky as always is)waited , when my food was done the employee put it in the little cubby and didn’t call my number or anything , I was in my phone patiently waiting, just happened to look up and seen a bag sitting in the cubby looked over to see what number it was sure enough it was mine . Has McDonald’s employees forgotten how to communicate?

Guess I should have known when I walked in and guy in front of me was asking for refund. My mistake give them the benefit of the doubt.
Ordered A filet of fish meal. Not only got less than half of piece of cheese they couldn’t even put it on right pics included.

Too many teenagers laughing and joking in kitchen. Saw 4 or 5 standing there as I ordered. Not to mention both filets Luke warm at best. Stored after cooked to long.
