Drive thru at 530pm with one 1 car at the pick up window in front of me. 3 sandwiches, 1 fry and 2 drinks. Fries cold and 1 sandwich was so cold the cheese wasnt even melted plus the bun was rock hard around the edges. This sandwich was being eaten within a half mile of leaving the drive thru. Called the store. Girl was nice, apologized and said she would tell them to throw out the fries. I told her I even had to pull into a spot and just thought with such a small order the fries were being cooked. That was not the case. With as high as food is these days a little more pride needs to be taken. I believe if I wouldn’t eat I sure wouldn’t serve it to someone else.

I Use drive thru. For 5 consecutive visits I was shorted an item. Other times I had the person that carried it out check and he corrected the order. Today 2/20/26 I was in a hurry so I took the bag and drove off. When I got home I was shorted an item. I believe is deliberate because it is consistent every time I drive thru. Either check your order before you drive away or do not go to this McDonalds.

I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and paid $4.88 for a cup of creamer with no coffee in it. The ladies were very nice but please learn to make a coffee if you’re charging almost 5 dollars. Also, the cup is full of ice and If you ask for light ice, your cup will not be filled all the way, but you’re still paying five dollars.

Customer service didnt acknowledge me for several passings, i had to speak up after getting ignored by an employee. Was never greeted or anything. After speaking up I was directed to the appropriate place to pick up the order.

If you don’t want to get sued you should ever hire better employees or teach your employees about discrimination. My charger got taken from here and the employees are discriminating against. They are not just discriminating with one disability but with 2. All I want it for them to look at the video and see who took it. It’s not the first time a staff member there took something of mine. I shouldn’t be punished because of a disability. It hasn’t even been 24 hours since it got taken and it’s already cost me a lot of money because it’s affecting my job.

Note to self, NEVER ORDER AFTER MIDNIGHT…We just got home and we had stale cold fries (we live 2 miles away) the 10 pc nugget had only 8 nuggets and resembled dry hard leather!! His Mcdouble was okay, but still, it’s midnight, after work, why should I have to drive back to get better food?? When I paid for it to begin with? They need better quality checks!
