Went through drive through. Was greeted by a very friendly voice. She helped us through our order which took a minute. She didn’t rush us. We for our food which tasted great. It tasted fresh and hot, every piece and every bite. This has been the far best Mckadies I’ve ever been to. 1000 thumbs up to this team that worked 1/31/26 afternoon shift.

The morning shift employees are so badass. They make the best food you can get at a macdonalds. They’re absolute legends. Yall are so dedicated, efficient, and friendly. Makes my day when I get that 10/10 mcdonalds meal in the morning every time. They make the best mcdonalds in the world, and I really mean that. I’ve been to mcdonalds all around north and south America…. this team is the best. Heros to me, great way to start the day.

At the drive through, we ordered an unsweet iced tea and a half cut iced tea at 3:15 on a Thursday. Window opened and the server told us and gave us a sweet tea. We told her that we didn’t order a sweet tea..we ordered an unsweet tea. Server closed the window. Reopened and gave us the half cut and fries. We asked about the unsweet tea…was told it was unsweet and she closed her window….she lied! It was sweet tea!!!

So tonight, I was faced with needing a place to wait on my daughter while she drove here to come pick me up (3 hours away). Bethany and the entire crew were very understanding and helpful! When we order we have it delivered car side. My only complaint is that they don’t understand what half sweet is when doing tea and they sometimes forget my lemons in my tea. But other than that food is always HOT and fresh!

We stop at this location frequently, on trips to visit the grandparents. It’s always pretty good, but today it was amazing! We could hear the kitchen staff working as a team and saw incredible hustle from OWEN, who was not only running everything up front (taking and handing out orders, getting drink cups and sauces etc). but running outside to deliver almost every drive-up order, too! And all with a smile and a great attitude. Give this man a raise! He was an absolute delight and the hardest worker I think I’ve ever seen at this restaurant or any other.

I got my food fast and the lady at the counter was nice. They forgot to give me my drink and I had to ask but was okay. Also, the ice cream machine was working.

While visiting this location this morning, I had the most unpleasant experience by the manager on duty. After ordering my breakfast as a special order, without sausage, due to having Alpha-gal Syndrome and being anaphylactic to mammal, the Manager, Jeanie blatantly started mouthing about people not being allergic to sausage, rolling her eyes and told her employee that it wasn’t a big deal, to where her employee looked over and rolled her eyes as well, and did NOT change her gloves. As a health inspector, this raises HUGE red flags. This manager is not only rude, she is careless and irresponsible in regards to people’s health. It’s a joke to her. While she won’t have to worry about me or my family ever stepping foot in there, ever again (we live 4 hours away), I will do my absolute best to tell everyone I can about the careless and reckless disregard this manager has for others.

I stopped in the way home before the long drive. I was going to get my usual quarter-pounder with cheese and fries . I don’t get fat food often but that is my go to option at McDonald’s. I saw they had the triple cheeseburger on the menu. I ordered the triple cheeseburger. When they offered this it is my favorite thing in the menu. The order was ready when I got to the window. Unfortunately both the triple cheeseburger and the fries were both a huge disappointment. The fries were old and none of them were crunchy and when you picked then up they kind of bent in half. I am sure at some point you have had fries like this. Very disappointing. Even worse the triple cheeseburger was not a triple cheeseburger. They must have had a double cheeseburger ready and some genius decided rather than make a really triple cheeseburger they worked take the double cheeseburger and literally slap another patty on the top. So what I got was a double cheeseburger with a extra beef patty on top without the cheese on the last patty. It completely changes this burger.
