Avoid this place. Go next door to the Pilot’s McDonald’s.
Worst McDonald’s ever. The food is cold. The staff hides from the order register. There is always a wait regardless if it’s just 1 order in their Que. The food is also never right. Today I got a Big Mac with the buns out of order. There were 3 bottoms and the sandwich was below room temperature.

They went from being the best McDonald’s (when they were next door) to the worst McDonald’s in Joplin. At least they get the order “right” I guess.

The new location inside Petro has been a disappointing experience. The staff feels careless, rude, and unprofessional. At the drive-through they argue over the radio, orders come out wrong, and any attempt to fix the mistake turns into a battle. When I asked for the correct order or a refund, the manager with pink hair came to the window and spoke with open disrespect. The moment I raised my voice to try to be heard, she slammed the window in my face and refused to return either my food or my money.

She blamed her staff for everything and took no responsibility. No one tried to correct the order. Instead they told me they would need to run my card several times and that I had to sit in my vehicle until the entire drive-through line cleared before they would even speak to me again.

The team here acts like they don’t care about customers at all. The behavior was rude, unclean, and far below the standard you expect from McDonald’s. I’ve never had an experience this unprofessional at any location.

They seem to not like their job anytime I go there. The food is decent depending on what time of day you’re there but they expect you to do your job for them by forcing you to order at the kiosk instead of them taking your order. The only good thing about them is that they are in the Joplin 44 building now.

I know it’s Christmas n all but if there’s at least three of yall working in that store it should not be taking 40 minutes to move one car out of the drive thru. Idc if it’s packed, that was SO much money I just witnesses yall lose with how many cars I watched try to wiggle out of the drive thru before we eventually did. They couldn’t even take the cars order that was AT THE SPEAKER THAT WHOLE HOUR (whom we also watched drive away later after we checked to confirm that there was indeed a mob of people impatiently waiting inside as well. Again I know it’s the holidays and yall likely don’t want to be there, that doesn’t mean that paying customers want to wait an hour for some chicken and French fries. Whatever pay they were makin… don’t really think that was well deserved tonight.

First of all they don’t have a menu but Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Orange, Julius, Starbucks, and Dairy Queen does. On the website, it says about one dollar to $10 per person. It was 17 bucks for a meal and a smoothie. The woman gave us smalls after we ordered a medium, my smoothie looked like it was a drank out of already. When I looked in the bag, the fries were upside down spilt everywhere. Then I go to open my cheeseburger and there’s a black hair on my slice of cheese!! i’m not too happy with this McDonald’s if you don’t want your order right don’t get McDonald’s here. May I add this is not the first time this has happened, and i continue to get food here, never again!!!

Service is very slow and they often get the order wrong. The burgers have very little sauce and barely any ingredients. Overall a poor experience.

Just stopped in for an afternoon snack. A customized $1 McChicken Sandwich & a small Caramel Frappe that I ordered from the app & went inside to eat. It was great , now I off & running / driving again.

Monday May 15th at 8:26 am I had the best McDonald’s experience I have had in decades. We walked in. The single woman manning the front cash registers was friendly, customer service oriented, and looked you in the eye. She was also delivering orders to people sitting down. We got our breakfast order quickly and it was all correct and they included napkins. This is how it should be done!! Thank you to everyone involved. You guys rocked it.
