We waited over 10 mins at the counter and were never once greeted, no one came to take our order, etc. They were not busy inside or out. Ended up moving over to the kiosk but wouldn’t allow us to log in to use our points. The man who delivered our food was kind and helpful. Both our breakfast sandwiches were excessively greasy to where we had to pat them dry with napkins. Of course we anticipate greasiness from fast food, but this was a little excessive. Just not the best experience at this particular McDonald’s. Towards the end of our visit a man returned with an incorrect order and the lady who assisted him was a little rude/impolite.

I am so incredibly over the constant issues with food at this location, whether Doordash or in person! I JUST did a Doordash order, and got FREEZING COLD fries. Its quite typical for them to be cold at this location, but tonight it wasn’t even funny how cold they were. And the snotty manager’s excuse? “Well, it IS kinda cold outside. And you need to call Doordash about your issue, I don’t do that.”, then hung up on me. Ok Karen, and why was my food just sitting outside to get cold??? We live like 5 blocks away so it did NOT get cold in transit. The cold outside has NEVER impacted food I was handling and serving INSIDE. And second, yes, actually you CAN handle that as yall can remake the food so my Dasher could go pick it up and bring it to me again, like he had graciously offered to do. Its called not making customers jump through extra hoops, especially when YOUR team messed up. I am absolutely livid right now. That snotty little attitude, I swear, and a manager?!!?

Past two times I have went in the they are not able to keep up with business. Cars lined out to the road and people inside waiting over 10 minutes to even talk to someone and another 20 to get the food

Soda fountain are not self serve anymore. The tables all needed cleaned. I had to get toilet paper to clean the table we sat.
Took awhile even though they was not busy.

The food was fairly good, but it seemed like it was just thrown together, and the presentation was a bit messy. We decided to eat inside instead of taking it to go. The tables could have used a cleaning, and the foundation machines were in need of attention as well. Despite there being plenty of employees standing around, they didn’t seem to be doing much to address thecleanliness issues.

Definitely, my favorite mcdonald’s but I did order the ten piece with a monopoly pieces.I ordered five of them for the pieces and didn’t receive any i ordered on the app. And they assured me that I would get game pieces. I did not.

Usually if I have nothing nice to say about a fast food spot I just move on but this day was more important, I just had surgery & unfortunately had an hour drive home. I was very hungry & was disappointed by what I got. My double burgers had no condiments so they were very dry (not helping after I just had a tube down my throat) it just sucks my first food after having to fast was bad 🙁

Everything was perfect, hot, just the way it should taste. The woman in the window was so sweet she wiped my coke off before she gave it to me. This was my first time ever going there and I will for sure be going back.

Drive thru at night has a waiting time of 15 minutes or more. The lady was nice and apologetic, but when I got home the medium fries I ordered were half empty! Not good.
