On 02/05/2026 around 11:22 PM, my friends went to this location and brought me food all the way to Webb City. After a long day of moving in and working, I was really looking forward to a Spicy McCrispy. By the time they arrived, it was close to 11:50 PM. When I opened the box, I was surprised to find a Hot Honey McCrispy instead.
Normally, I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it, but this wasn’t the first issue. On 02/02/2026, my Spicy McCrispy was also messed up—it had lettuce on it and was missing the pickles and the spicy sauce. I didn’t complain then and just ate it.
Because I was still hungry and pretty disappointed this time, I called the store. The employee I spoke with (a male) told me it was too late to replace the sandwich, which I understood, but he said he would write our names down so we could come back the next day (02/05/2026) for a refund.
When we came back around 12:30 PM, we spoke with a worker wearing a pink overshirt. She checked the binder where our names were supposed to be—but they weren’t there. She asked if we had spoken to a male employee the night before and if he gave us his name. When we said yes, it was a male but he never gave us a name, she immediately knew who it was and said it was Ashton. Unfortunately, he never wrote our names down like he said he would, but were still able to get the refund because the current worker took our word for it but it is still very frustrating to go through all this.
Between the repeated order mistakes and being told something would be handled when it wasn’t, this experience was really disappointing.

After work at night I commonly would come here when everywhere else is closed near 10:00pm. Everytime I go in the drive through I’d end up waiting over 15 minutes and I’m the only one at the menu. Often times there’s a car length 9 pm or 10 pm not because of it being busy but because the orders are taking too long. I’ve seen customers get a drink and small order after 20 minutes of waiting. I’ve seen cars leave the line front and behind me.
Most of the time at that time I go here I always end up waiting over 20 minutes then another at the drive through window. The service is extremely slow as if they have only two people working every night. This is consistent. Also it wouldn’t hurt to invest in a descent headset for the employees since they have to interrupt you after saying “two cheese bur….”
When I eventually get my food the fries taste a day old or burnt flavored, sometimes the burger taste burnt as well.
During the day the service is excellent, they should have the day crew work on nights..
I’ve stopped going here after too many times waiting a long period of time just to order. And to also point out this McDonald’s isn’t even that busy at night.

I went to this McDonalds 3/28/25 @ 8:45pm. Went through Drive Thru, at the Speaker, “Can I help you” no pleasantries etc. Ordered double cheeseburger and small fries. Got order, got home which is three minutes away. Got the double cheeseburger out, took one bite and it was like biting through two pieces of cardboard with cheese on it covered in salt. This is the third time I’ve had this issue here. It’s not worth it to go back up there. Service is below par and the food sucks. See attached pictures. McDonald’s, you need to do a lot better here.

I asked for my order to be checked before i get it because it is wrong a lot. The girl looked put out and of course it was wrong again, I got half of the bacon and no hash browns this time. I called and the lady said she was the general manager and she was the one that checked the order, she just happened to still have the order on the wall and she knew it went out wrong She took my name and said I could COME back and she would Give me what I paid for and didnt get, Never did she say she was sorry they messed up and knew it or that I have to make a 2nd trip there. I asked to speak to who was over her she said no one was ! I had the almost same thing happen last week. Before I drove off I checked my bags and said I was missing one of my orders of bacon and a couple of sandwichs the lady told someone and she came to the window and said give me the bag ( very rudly) She went through it and gave it back to me and told someone to give me what I was missing, I am not a person that will ever make a scheen or get in someones face, but I do expect to get what I have ordered and paid for, I also think saying Im sorry when Im wrong is always the right thing to do. I also believe when you have to have someone come back to get the rest of their order it would be the right thing to offer then someone for their time. Where has kindness and good service gone?

I ordered a small fry and this is what I received. When I asked for more fries, I was asked if I wanted a large instead. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with expecting my small fry to be filled—especially when it costs $3.20.

Missing so many items. Forgot the nuggets to my $5 meal , forgot pickles and sauce on the mcdouble and gave me spicy wrap instead of ranch and we don’t eat spicy. One of the worst experiences.

The person talking at the drive through a young lady was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. We pulled up to order she asked will we be using the McDonald’s app I said no. So then I waited for her to ask for our order, another truck drives to the other and she takes there order. So I say excuse me and she says in a snarky voice we asked what we could get you, but my wife setting there she never said anything. Then she was hateful and said what do you want, knowing they would definitely spit in the food I said never mind we will go somewhere else. She came back and said good go.

Filthy bathrooms filthy dining room. Ordered fries only and despite no one being in line and the restaurant being empty 10 min later they still don’t have fries. Look back behind the counter and they’re just filling a bunch of large fries for take out orders and ignoring anything or anyone else. The employees can’t seem to function.

Around 8 I put in a door dash order for 3 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and extra onions on all of them, and that’s be fair, I am McDonalds worker myself, and the wrapping that I have seen is awful. There was no extra onions, like I have requested there are no extra pickles like I requested the pickles are under the cheese, which is kind of off to me, but OK, it’s McDonald’s, I can’t complain. But what really got to me was how the food is still, like it’s been sitting out for hours. I tried calling, and I got no answer, I will never be going here again, it is absolutely disgusting how I got stale food.
