When McDonald’s starts charging outrageous prices for food that has absolutely no quality… it was supposed to be plain first off, the patties and cheese is a complete dumpster fire of a mess not put together right.

It took almost half an hour to get our “fast food” today. Also management seemed unbothered by the severe health code violations when a group of customers brought a dog into their booth and ate their food with them. This store should be shutdown permanently.

I always strive to capture the best possible photos and offer an honest review. However, I must rate this particular McDonald’s location with only two stars due to the inconsistency of the freshness of their food. Despite being a frequent visitor of this Nevada, MO establishment and not minding waiting in the drive-through, it has become increasingly frustrating to receive freshly prepared food at the prices charged by McDonald’s. That being said, I must commend the kitchen on the quality of the McRib sandwich I received during my most recent visit. It was top-notch and certainly one of my favorite menu items, second only to the steak, egg, and cheese bagel which, unfortunately, this particular store does not offer.

The last time I went here, I got a Quarter Pounder given to me with paper between the cheese and the meat. I actually choked on it and was in shock. When I called, their concern and solution went only as far as to offer me a replacement next time. Not a refund of the $38 I spent for that meal…not even for the Quarter Pounder itself. I would love to say this was an isolated incident but the time before, We received 3 Of the quarter pounders out of the 3 that we ordered completely burnt (not just the meat, but the whole thing, scorched bread and all.) In fact…in the last year I have not received a single order without some major error…burnt food, half my order missing, frozen nuggets, etc. This place is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

It’s not this specific McDonald’s, it’s McDonald’s in general. They use to have good tasting food but now it all tastes like it isn’t even real food!!!!
May 18, 2025 our McDonald’s in Nevada. This picture of the fries I didn’t think about taking until I was almost done. I want you to know these fries that are left are the good looking fries. I’ve always said that McDonald’s has my favorite fries except for when they give you fries that are oil soaked, not hot, and should have been thrown out! McDonald’s fries are supposed to be fresh, golden brown, and hot which makes them the best. Since our McDonald’s continually fails I will not be going back unless it’s to get a family member a Coke. You know how often that happens; NEVER!!!

Got a quarter pounder today and after taking a bite and getting a nasty bitter taste, i see what looks like some sort of a bug smashed into the bottom of the bun. Also ordered only ketchup but thats the least of my concerns atm. Was only one other car with me in the drive thu but was still asked to park instead of waiting at the window.
PS im gonna start making a spread sheet because its allmost funny how rare it is to get fries that arnt soggy, old, or refried. Even if you order no salt.
