Ordered a large fry, this is what ive gotten the past 3 times. not even full and cold. i went back to have my happy meal replaced, they put it in a regular bag. this is horrible.

As we first walked in it was normal. But the second we ordered our food something was rong. It didn’t give us our recite . Now that’s not that bad, no problem.
We then started talking to some people who had not gotten there food for 10 minutes , and a giant line out the parking lot for the drive through. And workers standing around not doing anything.

Went through the drive thru and was missing 2 sandwiches and are order was supposed to be large but got medium missing the sauce for the nuggets. Just a bad place wish they would put anything else there but McDonald’s! Now they won’t answer the phone to make things right!!!

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Self checkouts not printing tickets. People waiting over a half hour for a simple take out. Manager won’t acknowledge customers. Says she isn’t really here. Sonic across the street is churning out orders and doing a great business. Six people on staff should be able to do better. Need some leadership in here.

Reading through the reviews it’s obvious most have never worked at a restaurant. The half box of fries looks like what happens when fries spill into the bag.
People talk about needing to train new people. That can be one reason for long wait times. It could be someone changed their order in drive thru, added something at the window, someone got hurt or sick in the kitchen, equipment failure or someone else ordered a massive order.
If you are standing and waiting, there’s a good reason. Food runners aren’t responsible for making food wrong. Neither are the people at the windows. It’s not their fault. Treat everyone with the same level of respect you want your child or grandmother to be treated.
Make sure you know what you want before you get to the drive-thru. Or come inside. They lose good people because drive-thru times are too high. They are timed with everything they do. High turnover rate at these kinds of restaurants. So, be patient. It’s not just hamburgers and fries.
If it’s busy, it’s possible to sit at a table someone just left. It’s the only McDonald’s for 30 miles. While I was there, someone in a reflective vest was cleaning tables when they weren’t running food outside. The staff was polite. Food was warm. Fries were fresh.
I know I will be visiting this location again.

When going into this place in my town, the folks are so friendly! Always a joy seeing their smiles! Chicken strips are AWESOME!!

I’ve been coming to my home town McDonald’s for about 5 years now and the very first time, I was greeted by a rude young lady wearing glasses. When I politely asked her name saying hello to her she told me she wouldn’t give out her name…

I come in daily as my girlfriend cannot live diet coke from McDonald’s. Now, we have new management and some staff changes make my hometown McDonald’s even better. I always try to talk with employees and managers just to say a nice word and a smile and the improved managers and staff really make it more friendly and the restaurant is cleaner as well!! OMG! Today we talked about those bangin’ chicken strips!! I could eat a whole bag of them! Best idea McDonald’s has done since the Big Mac!
