9pm dec 14 2022 is when we came to this McDonald’s. To start this off they got half of are order wrong or was not made right. My wife went to get hers fixed in the Manger got a attitude saying she needed to be specific on there orders but if they would look at the paper they put on the food they would see that is what it said. This is not the first time we have had problems with this same Manger she is down right rude and disrespectful. Really don’t recommend coming here when this Manger is here. Oh in to top it off they redipped the fries instead of making fresh. In to top it all off made two transactions at this store to be charged more then what we were supposed to told this Manger in she pretty much refused to give are money back had reciepts and had are account pulled up to prove this in still could not get are money back very disappointed at this time with this store and Manger who seems to not like to do her job.

We ordered in. Service was super fast and fries were great. The bad part about this restaurant is that it is infested with flies! I had to fight off flies the whole time we were eating. They sit on the booth seats and they’re all in the window. I was extremely disgusted.

Food quality is horrible, people are angry and rude. There is two ladies there that are awesome. The rest are very rude and impatient with customers and always complaining and cursing in front of customers. Not eating there again.

Showed up at 5 :20 am and they refused to give me service wouldn’t take my order and in app says they open up 5 in the morning and there where clearly people inside had someone making coffee in the window so just fyi they don’t open up at 5 am

after getting pulled forward in the drive through, we waited 14 minutes to get our food, so it took 18 minutes to order and get food. wait time seems to get longer every week… definitely not what i would call fast food

Probably the worst service I’ve had, one of the workers from the day shift had an extreme attitude problem all because I told her that I couldn’t hear her and let another employee know. She was talking about us rudely while the window was opened also which was super nice (sarcasm). On the other hand the other employee was super nice when I pulled up to the pay window to let her know that I couldn’t hear anyone nor did they double check to see if I was there, super helpful! She asked for my code and let me know I was good to move forward.
This is why I don’t ever stop in Trenton whenever I came visit my parents from Kansas City.

Took us over 31 mins to get our food. Car piled up in one lane without direction that lane two was open. Person in front didn’t get to order his food. I got laughed at when I expressed that they needed direction for lane two being open. Ontop of that all had issues with our mobile order number. Extremely frustrated.

30 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers & 4 piece chicken nuggets was ridiculous. Kids whining especially when we had to pull around. No fries! No drink! Just cheeseburgers & nuggets. Smh. I’d rate everything but we’re STILL in line.
