When we entered, we had to wait a few minutes just to get someone to come to the counter and when we replied we are still deciding, they literally rolled their eyes and huffed. Like they had some place else to be?
With that said, he did take the order correct but the end product was nasty. Fries were almost cold and taste old. We ordered them cooked extra crispy.
The crew we interacted with at this particular McDonald’s needs either a refresher or be taught the art of customer service.
I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

sending all the five stars i can give because i cannot explain how i love this branch of mcdo (probably the best one!) the other year, mom accidentally left her phone here and when we came back – it’s there! kind employees as well. AND TODAY, the guy at the counter helped me get the TINYTAN i want! You guys (and girls!!) are a gift! Mister, I hope you know you made someone extra happy today – both about the toy and your willingness to help! I even apologized and he just said that it’s okay and he didn’t look annoyed. Thank you so much! I finally got my set!

I was really disappointed with my experience. There were multiple customers waiting at the counter, and no cashier in sight for over five minutes. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. We were just standing there waiting to order until I finally had to call out for someone.
Customer service matters. Even if you’re busy, acknowledging customers goes a long way. Unfortunately, this visit felt unorganized and poorly managed. I hope they improve their front counter service because this was not a good experience.

I generally use mobile ordering and pickup at the drive thru. It’s just easier plus you can use points in the app. There is almost always some mistake with the order so I usually just go ahead and check everything right there in the line so I don’t have to go all the way back around. Maybe I shouldn’t do it that way but it’s faster in the long run. Nothing worse than cold fries.

The food was horrible. Spent almost 40 bucks for 5 people. Fries were cold. Spicy Chicken didn’t look good at all, so I tossed it. Chicken nuggets were old. My sons 5 dollar meal only had 1 patty, and his drink was a small.

A new low, even for McDonald’s, if you value your time, money and intestinal health, stay far away from this place, they do not care about anything, but taking your money and at least 75% of the time, not getting your order, right. No customer service. Awful food. So bad that it is false advertising. This pic shows their proud work. The service they provide is worth nowhere near the price charged.

Big macs have shrunk since I used to get them. And prices crazy high $29.00 for my husband and myself, could have went to a regular restaurant instead fast food. Food was ok.

This location tends be hit or miss on service and quality.

Today was a miss- my latte was half empty when I received it. I’m sure this is something about machine settings and foam- but there should not be a reason for this much empty space in the cup.

I do appreciate that most times the employees are friendly and helpful in the drive-thru.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option! There’s trash literally everywhere. Every single table is nasty. Glad we went inside because they didn’t give us all of food. The quarter pounder was cold and the McDoubles were burnt and was like taking a bite out of a salt block At least they didn’t mess up the chicken nuggets.
