Not a pleasant visit here.
My food was warm but not hot, very nice lady in front but they need help. The entire restaurant needs a deep cleaning, if this is like this in front imagine the kitchen or the freezers ? The floors were greasy and dirty, this has been going on for a long time, you can tell by the accumulation of grease and dust.

None of the tables were clean, trash cans were more than full, and an employee was standing in an OPEN door while smoking a cigarette. That is a health violation. I will NEVER return.

Drive through- didnt order on app. The fella at the window looked hungover but was in semi-bright spirits. They gave me a lot of sauce on my Big Mac which is what I prefer. Fries were salted a little too much. Otherwise it was decent.

Went through the drive through last night on Halloween and nobody was answering. It was around 11 pm, and it stated they close at 12 am. We pulled up to the window to see if anybody would come up to it and some worker just walked by and glanced at us like he didn’t see us (he did). Then we saw that there was another worker just standing around in the lobby with some family in there (probably his own). We tried going in and it was locked. Like come on… if you guys are closing early at least turn off the damn lights so people aren’t wasting their time.

Being on the interstate, it is disappointing that our service is so bad! They clearly do not want to make money! Not only have they closed their lobby doors early in the evenings (prior to 10 pm), but tonight we were told in the drive through that they weren’t able to take our order at this time because there were 3 passenger vans that were in front of us. No warning that it would be a bit, just refused to serve us.

Was totally disgusted with the uncleanliness of this place. My order was sloppy and shorted. The expediter looked like he slept in the clothes he was wearing and crawled out of bed 5 minutes ago.
