Stopped in on 12/7/25 for a quick breakfast. Ordered at counter to use some points. 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. Waited 15 minutes with 11 people inside behind us that had ordered. While people in the drive thru were leaving like clock work Asked for our food and alls I got was “We are busy” The guy at the window was very Rude and yelled “we are busy!” What about the people who decide to come in and eat? Then another not so nice woman said do you want your money back? With all the attitude he said yes! The only thing they said that there are 3 of us working. That wasn’t our problem it’s management problem. The guy at the window kept making smartass remarks! He needs to be fired since he had NO interaction with us customers that were standing around to get there food! We got our money back, didn’t get my points back and went to Burger King for our breakfast. Im posting everywhere about this experience so this McDonald’s will shut down!! And management will take control and make better choices about how there employees treat in house customers!!! Very unhappy customers! Will boycott this McDonald’s

I haven’t got a frappe in a while, because it seemed to have changed recipes!? I got one today because it sounded so good after a long day & it was definitely one of the best I’ve had in a very long time! Please keep making it that way & I’ll totally come back again! It’s right next to The Better Car Wash I work at & sometimes I definitely need one!

I placed a mobile order at about 11:15 PM tonight (Sunday night) And I arrived at the store around 1130. There was quite a long line and it seemed to be taking a while for people to get through the ordering windows. I had a feeling it was short staffed so I wasn’t too upset about it. When I got to the window, I realized not only wasn’t shortstaffed, but it seemed to be they had one person working the entire restaurant with a pretty demanding line. I just wanted to leave a review and say that the person working tonight was doing a phenomenal job on their own considering the situation. It seemed he was running the line with as much efficiency as he possibly could, and he also was very kind when I got to the window Despite the amount of stress and pressure I’m sure he felt in the moment.

When I’m the only one asked to pull around and wait, I don’t give it much though… Though when 8 people line up behind me to wait after ordering, I wonder what happened in the kitchen.
What prompts the review is when a single person, with 8 bags, I sent out to figure out who’s food goes to which car, and he starts at the back… A little over 15mins to get my food. I was the last one to get it. And fries were cold. Would have gone in if the burger was cold too… Review could have been worse… The adult giving the food said they didn’t understand English well, and I legitimately dont know if he was just saying it to avoid arguments with people. All I asked was that he start with the person waiting the longest, not at the back of the line…
Edit: supposedly had to wait to get it “well done”… they didn’t even get that right…

Came through the drive-thru asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese. No ketchup, no mustard. Add Mac sauce. I always ask for it fresh when I come through and what did I get? I got a microwaved double quarter Panda with cheese. No onions on it, pickles and Mac sauce. This is like the third or fourth time. I think I’ve come to this McDonald’s and it’s happened so I’m not even going to turn around and go back but I will just keep leaving reviews like this every time I come around. Thank you!

We have gone to this McDonald’s before but tonight they were super rude. Honestly we will probably not go back to this McDonald’s. They got our order wrong and when I went back to have them fix it they rude about it and said that the stuff was on it but I’m like I can see it’s not. I have a light in my car and they were really rude about it and even kind of rolled their eyes and so I will probably just find a different McDonald’s or even go to a different burger place. There are plenty of burger places near this one that have better burgers for about the same price these days. Again, they didn’t really have to be rude about it. It was their mistake.

Management doesn’t help customers and apparently when you order on the app, and it won’t show up in their end-they will be rude and also ignore you and not offer any type of help or even consider giving you the food you already prepaid for. Horrible service! Tried handing me the wrong order! Had me reorder it on my app, then STILL DIDN’T SHOW UP IN THEIR SYSTEM, I went inside and by that time BREAKFAST WAS OVER & manager was too busy to help me. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Do better!
