This is not a first for this location. Fries were all half full, the sauces that I asked for were not in the bag. The fries that we did get were cold, mushy, and saltless. There is no quality control. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

We spent almost an hour waiting for our pick up order. Halfway through, we go through drive through just to get sent back to a pick up parking spot and wait an additional 20 minutes. Finally when I went inside, THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW MY ORDER because the manager didn’t stop to listen to anything we tried telling her. She just sent us to park. 2/4 times my food is made incorrectly.

I feel like if the food isn’t going to be healthy , or all that good, it should at least be fast. They kept me and a long line of cars waiting for like 15 minutes. And then when I got to the front they wanted me to wait at a stall! I just drove off… I didn’t want a mediocre expensive burger that bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service here or rather the lack there of is horrible.
I was hoping for a different take this time, but every time I go here this place just disappoints me more. The orders are NEVER correct. They always want you to pull to the curb so that their times are not inconsistent, which is a complete joke.
Management and the owners should be extremely disappointed in not only this place, but the quality of service that they provide. This place is complete trash. Below is a picture of my order with extra Mac sauce. The sandwich instead of having extra, didn’t have any. Well done guys!!

I requested a meal but but only was charged for the burger when I got to the window I mentioned that something was wrong because they never asked me what kind of drink I want it. My burger was supposed to be made to special order. It was not not only was not made with the specifications that I gave, but it was cold and so was my fries, even though they made a mistake I had to pay for my drink and when they gave it to me, it was overflowed, which caused it to spell on me. Terrible service terrible. I will never come back here.

I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Value Meal with extra pickles and a Hi-C, but my order was completely mishandled: I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru due to the car ahead, which I was told was for “fresh fries.” Instead, I received cold, stale fries that were clearly old. I only received one cheeseburger (not two), with excessive mayonnaise and no pickles. I was given a chicken sandwich I did not order. I also received a soda instead of the Hi-C I ordered. This was extremely disappointing. I did not go back into the restaurant at that time because the service was already unacceptable, and I had already lost significant time waiting in line. Poor service, poor execution. and unacceptable food quality.

Breaks my heart to write this review but our last visit was absolutely garbage! From the rude customer service to the food. Part of our order was two McRibs with no pickle. Not only did they both have pickles, if I didn’t unassemble the sandwichs to take them off I would have eaten a healthy portion of clear plastic wrap!!! It will be a very very long time if ever before our family visits another McDonald’s no matter where it is.

Stopped for some food after flight home. Was there about 11:30 Friday 9-5-25 and waited for about 15 minutes to get to the pickup window. First we were helped with a nice young man who gave us one of three items ordered and took our $20 bill. Another young man then came to window and began arguing with the first one. The second person who had a strong foreign accent appeared to be having some sort of emotional breakdown apparently over confusion with the many orders they were dealing with. He was yelling at the other workers for around 10-15 minutes while we waited at the window. Then he opened the window and yelled at me accusing me of taking a video of him with my phone and that he was going to call the police. I thought the police might be needed so I did not leave. He continued to argue with other employees and threatening me. Finally after a while he somewhat calmed down and gave me all my $20 back in small bills and change refusing to complete my order. The refund ticket he gave me was for another order. So we left with amazement that about 8 cars were still waiting in line and only about 4 had driven away. We’ve never had an experience like this and hope to never have one again. Hopefully the McDonalds owner or manager will deal with this employee in an appropriate manner.
