Dirty. Place is not well managed. Sad. Notice the floors with dried soda/ juice. While dining in they did not provide the trays for food and just threw it in a To-go bag. We only had dirty tables to choose from and had to clean it ourselves.

Very kind and friendly staff good food and free Wi-Fi. Great atmosphere and the food was served at the right temperatures and in a timely manor. However the cleanliness left something to be desired. The restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while down to ladies undergarments in the stall that were there for several visits prior to editing this review

Just called to let them know my food wasn’t correct and explained I wasn’t mad but my order was just incorrect and then the girl that said she was a manager just hung up. Won’t be back.

This location messes up orders consistently. Today I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and instead they put extra of all toppings. A few weeks ago I ordered a sausage McGriddle with bacon added, and they forgot to put the sausage on it. I have even ordered a plain bacon McDouble and received two burger Pattie’s in a bun, with no cheese or bacon. The drive through line also consistently takes about 15 minutes regardless if there’s anyone in it or not.

Seriously the worst McDonald’s .

It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get food here.
They tell you one second at the speaker but takes 10 minutes to put my order in when I already ordered on the app.
Then I get to the window and they have 3 people they tell to pull up to a parking space to wait, then ask me to. On top of that, they get my order wrong.
I don’t like taking it out on people that serve me , it’s not their fault, but management needs to step in and help.
If it is the servers fault, and they really don’t like working there, they shouldn’t take it out on us by making us wait while they finish their conversations.

For at least 15 different visits in a row, over the course of 4 months, the ice-cream machine is not functioning. They usually let you order then they tell you at the pay window that the “ice-cream machine is down”. Has anyone ever successfully been able to order ice-cream at this location?

We were in the Drive Thru waiting for a $12 order for 15 minutes while cars were pulling out of line. We ordered through the Mobile App. Greeted by a man who told us to drive back around because he was the only one working in the store. He was raising his voice and telling us that he told us to not pull through. We explained we were a mobile app order and he confirmed us. He told us drive back through and wait in line. We could not wait at this time, its 20 minutes in the drive thru. We tried to cancel the order on the app but it won’t let us. @McDonald’s you need more staff!
