Since when do they not allow people to walk up to the window and order. Honestly I feel like it’s a matter of lazy workers. Who look for any excuse to not do their job. I will never find myself eating here again. I’ll just take my happy no car having behind down to taco bell then. At least there ill be able to walk up to the window and get a godforsaken drink!!!!!!!!!!!

The person handing out the order looked in the bag, at the monitor and then back in the bag before handing it out with a look like she knew something was wrong. It was. I was missing fries and my sauces. She gave me the fries with still no sauce. I asked again for sauce and then she finally gave me some. When we got home, I took a few bites of my burger and realized something else was wrong. I opened my MCDOUBLE and all that was on it was ketchup, a SINGLE pattie, NO cheese, and six pickles (stacked up and only on one side of the burger). The bun was hard and the pattie was dry. But with the location crawling with panhandlers (for example, the man that stood tucked behind the building in between the drive thru and cashier window trying to sell pre-opened ‘air fresheners’) I did not want to try and fix a problem with people coming up to my car. My dog did enjoy the burger though.

My friend & I was ordering at the terminal & I went to use the restroom as he was finishing up the order & they literally wouldn’t let me use the restroom until the order was paid for & they made us read them the order in detail. This is absolutely ridiculous & petty as can be. The staff wasnt polite at all. When we asked for a water they said they was “Out of Stock” & I found the toilet was clogged with a bunch of paper towels when i finally made it to the bathroom. 1 star please fix your store McDonalds.

It’s after 10:20 pm. They never have lights on in the parking lot and they always have people hiding in the bushes Behind the signs that you order from. Sometimes they’re shooting up.Sometimes they’re asking for money. And it sometimes takes over 30 minutes to get through the line. And there can be only 10 to 15 car’s. Don’t get me wrong.I know sometimes people have big orders.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Check your orders before bringing them to the table. Several items were missing from mine, and they said I hadn’t ordered them. The food was cold and tasted stale. I’m a regular McDonald’s customer, but I’ll never go back to this one. The place is clearly unclean. And you can only use the bathroom after you’ve made a purchase.

really sucks watching this place thru the years get worse and worse but keep up the appearance of a successfull business from the outside. i never even got to order because i told them i had a code and i was told hold on. only to sit there for 8 minutes and pull off. due to one of the workers being out side smoking.
