Website says drive through open 24 hrs. Went at 5:30 am. Cones were blocking drive thru order area. Went around to window and a woman was about 6 ft from window just looking outside. No service. If your not open 24 hours then change the website to reflect that.

Drive thru. Repeat my order several times when ordering, paying for order and pickup, I was asked by other employees what is my order. Over 20 mins, Drive thru, for a fish, fry and coke. Horrible Definitely needs more training.

This was the worst experience of McDonald’s ever we were in town for a birthday party tried to go to this the streets were blocked off and as soon as we got into the parking lot noticed that the whole place was closed down no signs letting you know that they were closed GPS kept trying to take us behind Home Depot where you couldn’t even get into where the parking lot was due to trucks behind it I grew up in Kansas City this was a great place 20 years ago but just driving through my old neighborhood I’m grateful I don’t live there anymore it’s really ran down

When the disembodied automated voice lady taking your order asks “is this correct?” – and there’s nothing to see, anywhere, to validate anything – it’s a sign that this place’s ownership is going for a real small brain energy vibe. I mean, really? (Though to be fair, all I said in reply was “Where?” in a somewhat testy tone, and a real person took over right away, but why would you NOT install everything a system needed to operate in the way it’s programmed to operate?)

The AI taking orders was wrong, cut me off before I was done, and they had to take my order at the window. Apparently, this is common as the line was backed up all the way around the building and into the parking lot next door.

Went through the drive-thru. The disembodied voice got our order wrong, no human took over when we said the order wasn’t correct, the price just went up and told us to go to the pay window. Corrected it at the pay window, and the order was still wrong. Automation can not take orders correctly, go to one of the other nearby options. Avoid this McDonald’s. A touchscreen at the drive-thru would be better, at least then we could see what was being put in as there was nothing other than the disembodied voice reading back the order to verify it, and it cuts you off and decides you’re done ordering.

Used the drive through. The order taker was a little short. When I pulled up to get my food I asked for ketchup and salt. The employee just rolled his eyes and threw something in the bag. Ended up with ketchup only. I said thank you, he never smiled or said a word.

The homeless have an entire section of the restaurant. I had 6 kids with me. The homeless were cussing screaming throwing stuff etc. The staff wouldn’t do anything about it. I finally got up and dealt with it. We don’t pay 75$ to go anywhere and have the kids subjected to this. Clean it up Mr. Bell!!

The experience was confusing. The speaker told me to pull forward in the drive-thru for my mobile order. The first window was empty, so I drove to the second window. The second window tried to give me the customer behind me’s order. I went inside to pick up my order rather than attempt the drive-thru again.
