Our 4 year old granddaughter loves McDonald’s and we were in the area of 103rd and Stateline. I her excitement she knocked her chicken mcnuggests to the floor. I went back to the counter to buy her more. The young lady talked to her manager before placing my order and they handed me new nuggets at no charge. So nice of them! We did pick the others up and throw them away. Thank you so very much!!

Has a drive-through with 2 ordering stations. No sign to inform customer to pull ahead. The food is always hot and the drinks and some desserts in season (cones) are cold. There is still a hassle when an adjoining business has a customer drive squarely into the oncoming one-way 2-lane back entrance. The exit should be walled off or signs placed at the entering adjoining exit from the adjoining business. 2-lane entrance off 1O3rd with 103rd Street’s 2-way traffic tough to overcome with three different eyes needed. Youngsters 4 and under should be carried in with a hands-on controlled approach and also into the out-of-doors–> STEEP STEPS ON THE NORTH ADIT / EXIT… VERY DANGEROUS!!!

I ordered curbside pickup through the app. I was parked in my spot waiting when they started shouting at me from the drive thru that I should come over there and how “I don’t bite”. I ordered curbside pickup for a reason. I am tired and not interested in speaking to anyone outside of a “thank you”. It is not on me that YOU didn’t want to come outside and bring the food to the curbside spot. Thanks for making me feel like shit because I used a feature on YOUR APP.

Awful. Just went today and I used a coupon for. 4.79$ meal and ordered another meal about 9$ guy at the window says 23.00 I said no way tell me the prices added up to like 14$ he goes it’s still 23$ like what. He then re enters the coupon and tells me I know owe 26$. I again ask can you read me my order and he just says he doesn’t under do you want to pay for it he says. No I am not paying double what I ordered. I just had to drive off because he couldn’t understand and when I said get someone else he looked at me confused and wouldn’t do anything. He was just trying to pocket the extra cash he seen in my hand. He’s not even qualified to work at McDonalds.

McDonald’s does such a good job on consistent quality to where no matter which one you visit, the food always tastes the same. This location is busy since it is located near State Line Road and 435. The inside has a fresh new modern feel. Although it was smaller as there is less seating than most McDonald’s, that i have visited on my journys. Fancy kiosk allows for self ordering if you so desire. They bring the food out to your table, which is a new experience. Parking is easy. Lots of spaces with additional parking close by in other lots.
Overall I like this little McDonald’s. It’s cozy, close, and comfortable.

Food is warm. Giving 2 stars for that. So ordered the $9.49 Crunchy Double off the HACK menu. It should be HOAX menu. My food isn’t as shown 1 sandwich, see pictures. Don’t buy!

This McDonald’s goes absolutely above and beyond, it has the best service I have ever had of any location. they gave my brother 2 free toys out of kindness. and made sure we were very well taken care of once we sat down. if I could I would rate them 10/5.

Medium fry and two double cheeseburgers. I had the best hopes for this location. But I came at around 5:00 p.m. so perhaps it was before the dinner rush so the patties they had were dry and honestly hard to swallow and the fries were warm and mussy. I didn’t honestly enjoy a single bite of the whole meal.
