Super friendly staff! I went through the drive through and got my fries from the window but then they slid off my seat and spilled all over the floor of my car before I pulled away from the window. One of the workers got me another order of fries after he saw the fries on my floorboard. When I offered to pay for it he refused and said he had taken care of it for me. Incredible staff 10/10

I stopped here like I have many other times on lunch while at work…..
I go in to use the restroom since I am a service tech and am on the go all day. Bathroom was clean as usual. My only problem is that I wish I still had the option to dry hands with a towel. I don’t like the air dryers, but I deal.
So I use the kiosk since unless your paying cash then you really have no human interaction at all anymore which I don’t like. Got my food and cup for drink then left because I was working and headed on my way to the next job. My fries were hot which Is rare anymore. I ordered a spicy mcchicken and ate it. That’s was delicious. And of course my sweet tea. Have to have the yummy sweet tea.
The reason I gave this 2 stars is due to the quarter pounder with cheese I ordered. Um, last time I checked that comes with cheese right? The name says it all…. well not this time I guess. No cheese and barely anything else on my burger. I took pics they tell it all. This was the most pathetic burger I think I’ve ever had, from anywhere. The pickles that they put lots of on weren’t any good either. Look I’m not a complainer. I usually just deal with it, but this isn’t ok. I’m not happy with what I got. Not happy I paid what I did and didn’t get it right. They weren’t busy. The lobby was empty. There wasn’t a huge drive thru line either. Maybe 1-2 cars at any given time while I was there. Just frustrated with this experience. Doesn’t make any sense how this product would leave in a box with your name on it. Not a good look. Frustrates me to no end when they want to go on strike for more money but can’t get a simple order right, and that’s your job?!?!?!?
Whatever I’m done ranting. Sorry just wasn’t satisfied and had to vent

This is my local McDonald’s. It’s the worst one in town. Slow and the amount of food they have forgotten in my orders over the years has probably bankrolled at least one employees full 8 hour shift. But what do you do? Drive across town for overpriced not great food? This prompted as a suggested review because I had it this morning 11/7/2025. 23 dollars for breakfast for my wife, me and my dogs. Two value meals with coffees and two sausage biscuits. I also ordered a free hash brown from the app. Out of the orders I was pulled forward without hashbrowns or drinks. The man bringing the rest brought me drinks with no hash browns. I said three hashbrowns. He brought two. I drove off after I got down the road I realized they gave me a medium iced coffee instead of a large. There was no way I was going back. But I’ll be there again. McDonald’s pretty much monopolized good enough to consume drive through breakfast foods. If it’s not your local one go to the one on Chipman.

They’ve opted to charge customers for sauces that should be included as is. But also then don’t add those sauces that should have been included that you made us pay for. Had kids there blocking the drive thru that weren’t told to leave the premises. Employees give no regard to customers. Definitely not a great location to go to any time in the afternoon/ evening.

Hands down the worst McDonalds around. It feels like it is mandatory that the employees forget items in my order. I know I’m just a fool for continually hoping that one day they will get my order correct. I hate complaining, but it’s just so frustrating. I’m just done. I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to the one on 50 highway and Todd George.

Grateful the ‘”pull-ahead” system’ has been reduced to some level of normalcy and the quality has improved. Always needed to check the correctness of the order and that seems to have improved significantly.

You make a order for no ketchup and no pickles and they consistently give you everything on it even though the tag says no ketchup and no pickles. This has happened multiple times. This is ridiculous. They are horrible.

went through the drive through and was told to wait in the reserved drive through parking to get our food. we proceeded to wait over 20 minutes with tons of cars going through and getting their food, quicker than the amount of time we even parked there. we went inside to ask about it, waited behind a blonde white employee talking to her boyfriend for a long time. once they stopped talking, she saw us but walked away ignoring us completely. we had to circle back through the drive through and waited even longer to get our food. this the part that pissed me off the most was the girl walking away after talking to her boyfriend behind the counter ON THE CLOCK, seeing us, and just walking away. so disrespectful, that girl does not deserve to work at even MCDONALDS

Can we go back to the robot taking orders? A robot won’t mess up your order because they are on a phone call talking clearly to a friends while working. After receiving my wrong order I asked if I could just add the missing drink to my order and was told I would need to drive back around for it, happily driving back around and re- ordering I was told that they were out of sprite. Could’ve saved me the trip around. Nothing but dirty looks from these teens who messed up in the first place.
