No customer service unless it was drive thru. No body paying attention to people waiting to order at registers. Watch a door dash guy waiting for almost an hr. Drinks were incorrect. Mop room wide open trash was over flowing until a customer shoved it in. Tables were dirty. List could go on.

I know that one day I will die. I have faith that if I don’t make it through the pearly gates, I will be well prepared for the fires of hell because I unfortunately frequent this McDonald’s. (My kid likes the nuggets.) It’s like it’s everyone’s first day of work at this particular location. If this McDonald’s closed, I would throw a party in the parking lot. I’ve never been to prison but I’d rather eat Ramen à la Bubba than this trash. And the price? Dear god. It’s insane that this place stays busy. It’s not good, it’s not fast, it’s not cheap. Ronald McDonald would be rolling over in his grave. I’ve been robbed by the Hamburglar too many times.

We arrived at McDonald’s at about 9:25 on our way to the airport to pick up my niece. We were greeted at the register by smiling Pleasant young lady to which I explained that it would take us a minute to get our order together. She went back to the kitchen and assisted her co-workers with other orders coming through the drive-thru and we got our order together. When she came back she took her order and was very patient with us, understand my family can sometimes be challenging when ordering. But the service was fantastic she was sweet and polite all the way through. When our food came out she got it to us make sure we had our ketchup, and salt. She made sure that we were all squared away. When we finally take the table out of all the empty tables in the restaurant at the time we sat down it was clean white, and looking around they were all cleaned and wiped, kudos to the crew. The food couldn’t have been hotter and fresher, it was very obvious it had just been made. Everything was delicious and fantastic the service was great. Thank you so much Faith for the service you gave me and my family.

We went through the drive through this morning and Dani (female) took our order she was very rude and disrespectful would not answer simple questions. I wondered if it was the same rude lady we encountered a couple of times before. We got to the window and sure enough it was the same nasty lady. I complained to shea she said she was a manager. Shea told us she would let her manager know. I’m writing this review because not only were we treated poorly but our order was wrong too!

This location has got to be one of the most consistently disappointing McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them chance after chance, but it’s the same story every time: wrong orders, missing items, and rude service.
They’ve forgotten my Big Mac in a Big Mac Meal, left fries out of my kid’s Happy Meal, and somehow never manage to include the sauces I specifically request. The drive-thru speaker barely works, and even when you repeat yourself multiple times, the order still comes out wrong.
To make matters worse, when I once pointed out that they forgot an order of fries, the manager had the nerve to question my honesty – until I showed her the receipt proving I was right. Unbelievable.
And what’s with having to “pull around and wait” nearly every single visit? It’s fast food, not a scavenger hunt. The whole operation feels chaotic and unprofessional.
At this point, the only fix would be to clean house – fire everyone and start over with a team that actually cares about doing their job right. Save yourself the frustration and drive a little farther to a McDonald’s that values its customers.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s you’ll ever go to. You could literally drive to downtown Kansas City and back before your order is ready. Real talk. Every time I come here it takes over 30 minutes to get food. It seems like no one works at this location or wants to.

Check your order before you leave. The past 4 experiences here have been poor to say the best. Our order is rarely correct when they give it to us, and the staff consistently uses curse words. I don’t mind the language personally, but it is not something that should be said so freely in front of children.
