My husband got him and I lunch as I was at work he brought it up to my work. We started taking it out and nothing was right. When he was waiting to get my food remade as they said it was gonna be a longer wait due to not have any chicken and would have to cook it fresh. Staff including manager was rude ripped the receipt off the bag of food treated my husband with complete disrespect. He got back his food is cold now including my fry’s he than noticed his burger wasn’t a double as he ordered. They still managed to get my order wrong after the Second attempt. I called to the store when I got off work and the manager called my husband a lier that he didn’t come back to have the order fixed and she asked all the managers that was at the store. Than I asked at this point if they was corporate or franchise. She said yea ok so I repeated myself. Than she told me you can get the number off the side of the building. I than asked can you just give me the number as I would think a manager would have that info with no problem. Than she tells me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins because they are busy. I ended up hanging up. Because now I’m not waiting that long to get a number service was horrible. Oak grove needs to get all new employees and managers. Take the extra 5 mins and go to grain valley. As picture shows it looks like when they did attempted to make my food the second time they threw it in the bag chicken was cold bun was hard.

Complete disaster of an experience! NO one takes orders. Forced to use screens. But, there are coupons “exclusive” to the absolutely awful online app, so forget about getting that 25% off coupon to work. These app designers and marketing people should all be fired! App doesn’t work. Lost count of how many times I had to login, enter passwords, open email links to “confirm”, re-enter the order, then lose it during the payment “process”. I don’t have credit card numbers memorized. Does everyone else? So I pick Paypal. Yup, ZAP, order disappears again. Start over. Guess what? Won’t let me login. Finally deleted the entire app and started over yet again. Took 40 minutes to do this. NEVER AGAIN. To you franchise owners who want to save some salary expense so you can pocket more profits, choke on it. I’m a college grad with an MBA, not some dummy. It should NOT be this cumbersome. No more McGrunt burgers and stench fries for this family!

Was forced to wait over 30 mins for a medium fry, a coffee, and a couple burger :/ very likely that im going to start getting food elsewhere, person at drive thru also seemed a little annoyed when all I did was ask for a damn receipt, and also never got an apology from the employees because of my wait. Food was actually decent though

Ms. Sandra is there EVERY DAY. Elderly. So sweet. This morning while working drive thru as she always does. You could hear how sick she was. I told her to go home and she said they wouldn’t let her. If this is true. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS. On so many levels. Shane on you

This isn’t just s cliche McDonald’s where you HEAR about them getting orders wrong, when they do (and it is often), the manager and employees will actually argue with you about it, even though you’ve ordered on the app and have PROOF of what you ordered. They’ll say, “it didn’t come across that way in our system”. Well sir, your McDonald’s location is the only one my app has an issue with. Food is rarely hot and the outside wall of the drive thru window looks like someone puked on it and they never cleaned it. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY McDonald’s in this tiny town and my granddaughter loves chicky nuggies. There are a handful of sweet employees there, ironically the ones that look like they’re still in high school. Props to you guys.

My wife and I came for a late night snack while driving home. We order and everything went fine. We came to the first window to pay with no issues. We came to the second window only to be helped by a woman in her pajamas and no bra on under her shirt as pointed out by my wife. The woman then proceeded to open the window and address me by saying “hey baby” in front of my wife who was in the passenger seat. Both of us just looked at eachother a little taken back by the rather inappropriate interaction. We then waited for the food which took a while and then left. This location definitely needs to work on its professionalism and its people skills. This was not a good or comfortable experience.

In drive thru almost 20 minutes for 1 drink, cookies, and a pie. Lady at the window told me a whole story while holding my bag, not just handing it to me so I could go. I will just come inside from now on.

Is someone who is a GM of a business?. I have never in my life been so mad at an experience. I have many many times ordered off the app and had my employees go pick up food without having my physical phone and never ever issues. I ordered my two sons food on the app, and my son went to pick it up and the young girl who said she was a manager on the phone told him his order was in purgatory and the phone had to be there. That is never ever been a thing. He called me upset. I am a single mom. I ordered food for my kids. I then called up there where she goes I told him Tried to explain the phone has to be here it’s in purgatory. I told her that was complete BS. I have done this many many times. Then she hung up on me. I had to call back four times to find Franchise. I used to work for Mccam management 20 years ago. Now it is ebek enterprises Which does not even post their phone number for customers to call. Again, very unprofessional I have lived in this town for 15 years. I have never dealt with this or ever in my life called corporate on a company until today. It is very clear that high school kids run that store. And very wrong that the franchise does not post their phone number. I did contact corporate. They need to be held accountable. It is completely unacceptable for an order that is paid and he had a screenshot showing the order number That she wants to make her own rules. I will never return to that location or any other of that franchise.

Old lady working drive through window blames customers for her charging the wrong order out for the wrong customers. Then proceeds to complain about how customers got “out of line” to other workers in front of customers. Heard every word and when confronted about it old lady just smirked and didn’t care. Horrible customer service, blames customers and does not taking accountability for her mistakes. Didn’t care that she is losing the buisness money.
