I visited this location recently, and while the experience wasn’t a total loss, the food quality definitely left a lot to be desired. Here is the breakdown of my visit:
The Service
I have to give credit where it’s due: the staff was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and genuine friendliness. They were quick to take my order and handled the rush with a great attitude. If I were rating based on service alone, this would be a 5-star review.
The Food & Drink
Unfortunately, the kitchen didn’t live up to the standard set by the front-of-house team.
• Coca-Cola Icee: It had a strange, “off” aftertaste, almost as if the machine hadn’t been deep-cleaned recently or the syrup was past its prime. It was pretty much undrinkable.
• Fries: These were a major disappointment. Instead of the classic crispy golden fries, they were soaked in oil and completely floppy. * Burger: The assembly was a mess. The toppings were sliding off one side, and the bun was smashed, making it difficult to eat without getting sauce everywhere.
Final Thoughts
I suppose some might say this is just the “McDonald’s standard” these days, but it’s still disappointing when you can’t get the basics right. It’s a shame because the employees are clearly working hard and being professional, but they are being let down by the quality of the product coming out of the kitchen.
Bottom Line: Go for the friendly service, but maybe skip the Icee and check your fries before you leave the window.

I have gone to two different store to try to get food, both stores did not have any signs up stating they are closed today, this store only had a sign that stated that they close at 9 pm. There were cars in the parking lot and no one picking up the phone. I know that it’s New Year’s Day but have no signs up stating that you are close is unprofessional and seeing cars in the parking up and the lights on, I worked in the fast food business so I know a few things. But never would I ever not answer someone in the drive through when you have been open for an HOUR nor pick up the phone. Both stores had MULTIPLE cars we had to inform that no one was taking orders even tho lights are on and cars are in the parking lot.

Restrooms were extremely disgusting! Womens, had no toilet paper so there were paper napkins all over the floor. My husband said someone defecated in men’s urinal, and he told the person at the cash register she stated “they all ready know about it”. Kinda disgusting knowing no one was going to fix the problem, we stayed awhile in the play area and still no one cleaned either restroom. Gross!! I hoped they washed their hands before waiting on the customers.

Left without my coffees or a refund. I accidently placed my mobile order in drive-thru, but wanted to sit down inside and catch up with a friend and enjoy my drink. At the counter they refused to make my order because it was ordered for drive-thru. The cashier and manager were quite rude and not understanding at all. My order was only two coffees. She refused to make us anything and said no refund then walked away. Im here every morning for a coffee but I will no longer be buying anything from this establishment.

Got a 10 piece McNugget meal and had zero sauce in the bag. When we asked the worker at the window for honey mustard, she only gave us one. We explained to her that there was no sauce in the bag and asked if we could have ONE MORE. The worker told us no, and said we would have to pay if we wanted another sauce. I went to this same McDonald’s on Saturday, got the same meal, and had two sauces in the bag without extra charge. Are we seriously only allowed ONE sauce for free for a 10 piece McNugget meal with a large fry??? My husband also stopped by this McDonald’s on Friday for a sweet tea, and they gave him an unsweet tea. Not a fun surprise. This is ridiculous. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Walk in and there are not a lot of people. A lot of workers though. The tables are filthy. I ask the lady for a wipe or something to wipe off the table. She says “a rag” and hands me a rag Lol. I start wiping the table. My SO tells me to stop when I get to the second table. I still wipe it and a third table . I want people to have somewhere to sit down when they walk in.
As we are sitting here a worker brings her food over to a clean table table
I didnt have to “wait” for a table but I had to clean it off myself.
Come on McDonalds.

This specific MCD sets an example of what happens when the owners/franchise doesnt keep up with their POS equipment, letting the store fall into dysfunction. Their kiosks dont work with mobile, and all mobile orders fail. Now multiple days in a row.
Avoid this franchise and save lots of time.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a fries. It was almost $15. I got home to find the fish sandwiches were downsized and my $4 fries were half empty. The picture is how it came out of the bag and only 2 fries fell out into to the big bag.
