Slowest McDonald’s I have EVER been to. I order in the app too so that it hopefully goes faster. Nope. Staff is RUDE especially one of the girls who works the windows, I have called management on her SEVERAL times. I come to this one due to it being by my house but I will start driving across town at this point. Everytime I wait over 30 minutes if I use the curbside spot even when they are not busy
Update: it took an hour. It took an hour to get our food and the food was cold and not even fresh.

Upon utilizing the drive-thru service, our order was processed. Upon returning home, it was discovered that the order was not accurate. Contact was subsequently made with the management, specifically Amanda, who addressed the situation by offering a replacement meal. The following day, the corrected order was received, prepared to the requested specifications and served at an appropriate temperature.

we had ordered online and got a bunch of food, like 6 sandwiches, 3 fries, yk the whole deal, and we ordered sauce as well, but when we checked after going through the drive through we didn’t get any of the sauce we ordered, so we went back through the drive through, dude at the window was pretty cool, and he said he would let the people in the kitchen know we just wanted a little bag of sauce and had no issue, but when we pulled up to the second window, the girl was saying since we didn’t order anything she doesn’t know if she can give it to us, and then we told her we did get food tho and she said, ok then maybe 4/5, and we asked if we could just get a couple more and explained the food situation and that we just wanted a good amount of sauce, and she said ok well idk i’ll have to get a manager for that and left got the manager and he tried to tell us no at first but then turned around and said we could then get 2 more, which we said fine and he got it for us, but it’s just irritating bc we normally get a lot of sauce, and normally don’t ever have an issue, and on the app it lets you get up to 99 sauces i believe or so, so either way if we want 10 sauces i would just like to get 10 just because we also just got so much food i really don’t understand. EDIT: also we have went through the bag once again, and there are basically no fries, we both got large and it’s almost empty in one of them and not a single fry in the bag, this is disappointing especially bc we had gotten a fry earlier that day from a different location so we can tell the very heavy difference. literally so astronomically rude.

Came through the Drive Thru and ordered using Mobile app as I am currently trying to play the Monoply game and I get to the window to get my food Big Mac with no shredded lettuce . Sign on window indicating they have no monopoly pieces and when I got home my Big Mac had allot of lettuce on it! Also the fries were cold! Worst McDonald’s ever!

The location and vibe of this McDonald’s is really nice. It has a good parking lot and the inside is new. I’ve never had an issue with my food here, but the service is horrible.
One time I came through the drive thru even though there was only 1 other car and it took forever. The next time I decided to go inside around dinnertime and there was an elderly gentleman who was very helpful and polite (I wish I got his name), but everyone else was rude. This last time I went I had almost no service and when I asked for the drink cups from my order I was met with “get them yourself” with a gesture in the direction of the cups.

The breakfast crew this morning was on top of it. The restaurant was spotless. Heard Tina multiple times training and encouraging her staff. Locals coming in and out and greeting/being greeted by the staff like friends. It was a great atmosphere to start my day.

Our fries were hard and seemed to have been sitting around for awhile. There was an extra few servings of salt on them. The lettuce was past the point of needing to be tossed. It was just not good. Despite my kids and I being hungry we could not bring ourselves to finish our sandwiches or the fries. I took a photo of the best sandwich. Poor sandwich looked as if it had been tossed around and manhandled. Partially torn bun, wilting lettuce with browning on the end and mayo haphazardly flung on. The staff was nice though.

Food order came out great and accurate. The ordering process, payment process and the drink accuracy were a bit of a struggle. We went at 4:30pm so I wonder if it was just a shift change issue, but there was a very flustered atmosphere happening and it took a few tries and a walk inside to get our drinks right. My Dr Pepper still was lacking in syrup. I’d give them another shot, but this visit was disappointing.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. To wait almost an hour for food is ridiculous for fast food. We would have drove off had we not already paid. I spoke with the McDonald’s employee twice outside asking her about when our food would be ready and her reply was she would check, but she just delivers the food to vehicles. Once she brought us our food and apologized for the wait, we were missing one set of fries. We asked if she would go get it and we waited another 10 mins and she never came back out. I finally called. Someone answered the phone and I explained what happened and he said no one told him we were waiting on food, or that we were missing food. At this point we were extremely frustrated and asked for a refund. He said hold on a second and hung up the phone. We finally got our refund and to our surprise it was for the missing fries and we were expecting a full refund. Our food was semi warm when we got home and the buns were burnt on my chicken sandwich. We will not be returning to this McDonalds until staff is properly trained and has better customer service skills. Management is severely lacking here.
