This McDonald’s is consistently bad. The only reason I continue to go on occasion is when my daughter has her heart set on a happy meal and I don’t want to travel to a neighboring city. Today she didn’t even get her nuggets in her meal! Luckily, I got the $5 meal deal so I gave her my nuggets. The wait time in the drive through is always SUPER long no matter the time of day, and more often than not you are waiting forever just to get cold food. There was one time when they had the crispy strips and my husband ordered that meal. We had to pull around and they told us they were waiting for the strips to come up. The lady that brought it out told us to be careful because the strips were hot. Got home and there were NO strips. I can’t even make that up.. there have also been other occasions we’ve had missing food. We were once given the happy meal to our order and had to pull around and wait 15 more minutes for “fresh” food (the fries were not fresh). Why would they not wait and bring it all out fresh? I guess its fine for kids to not get fresh food as well. They won’t mind, right? Anyway, the ONLY reason I gave this location a second star is because the drive through workers are usually very nice. After my daughter’s missing nuggets today, I think I’ll just make the drive to go to a different location.

Monday, my order was a lil over $17 so tell me why this morning (3 days later) its up over $20 for the same exact order? This location has no idea what they are doing…they forgotten milk for my son before, forgotten his toy before…your always hiring for a reason, maybe need all new management because its clearly not working…I could do their jobs in my sleep, its not that hard at all…worst mcdonalds in the area for sure

I was only able to get ONE OUT OF THREE MEALS out of my mouth before she tells me my total nd goes right to the next side! When we got to the window she had to have her manager fix her sloppiness and thats not fair!
Food rating-
Fries: they were actually fresh for once and had the perfect amount of salt!
Burgers: good and cheese was actually melted this time!
Nuggets: ehh they were okay
Sauce: no sweet n sour…
Just a circus every time I end up coming here.

incredibly understaffed with maybe 2 or 3 people behind the counter, kiosks that didn’t ask for names, nor give out receipts or order numbers. It was a little busy so i didn’t rly mind waiting a bit for my food, after a while i decided to go up there and see if i could get anyone’s attention, i stood at the counter for maybe 45 minutes and nobody payed me any mind. after waiting 2 hours, i just decided to leave and cut my loses, absolutely ridiculous

I frequently grab breakfast from McDonald’s, 3-4 times a week. The morning staff is excellent. In and out of the drive thru super fast and the foods always hot. Unfortunately the staff on the evening 10/30/25 the drive thru was busy but not overwhelmingly busy and yet family’s of 2-6 were inside waiting for 30+ minutes. One lady had the wrong order packed not once, but twice. My order was packed to go when I asked to eat here. Food was cold, 3 of my 6 items were wrong, and when asked to to be made the right way, they came out even worse then before. Get it together people.

Went there this morning Mc Donald’s is absolutely horrible anyways, but I went just cause they have the monopoly game going ordered of their game menu and didn’t get one monopoly piece order a side of bacon which is supposed to be 2 piece only got one the food wasn’t even rapped up properly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to will definitely not be back!!! They literally need to shut it down or hire some decent workers not sure which!

Inside and outside need a serious cleaning. Door handles need repaired. See picture
Service was great. Food was good but not the best ever McDonalds food.
Every table was greasy – see pictures
Flies were everywhere – see pictures
Overall 3 but could be a 4 without the flies.
My suggestion on overall cleaning is to wipe the tables down on to a tray not on to the floor creating a larger cleaning issue.
I’m not sure how often the spray for flies but there were 5-6 just attacking our table.
Plenty of parking and handicap parking.
Time in 3:50pm

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. They missed my second fry and the worker who came and gave me my food seemed to not know what I was asking when I wanted more sauce. When he came back he seemed irritated as if him doing his job was an inconvenience.
