So you come in one no at the cash register so you order on the kiosk you order your meal with a large coke drink and put the table tent number on your table and then they bring you this. I just wonder when the people order from the drive thru do you give them empty cup and make them come in to fill their cups because the kiosk is the same as the drive-thru

Let me tell you. I ordered two cokes and a fry and the fry was straight out of the fryer! Crisp and tasting as fresh as fried fries can be! 10/10 will fry here again! Coke machine stocked! They even gave me two straws without me having to ask! Super duper!

Hi, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with less ice, but the first one was made small. When I reminded the worker that I ordered a large and asked for less ice, she filled the cup halfway and said, “That’s what the machine gives.”
I found her response dismissive she didn’t offer to fix it or make it right. I paid for a large drink and expected it to be filled properly. I’d appreciate if this could be addressed to ensure better service next time.

I already talked to a manager who did nothing, have a receipt for food I never received and after months of talking.. did nothing. Thanks for claiming to handle something you never did. Closing before posted hours and never received food from a mobile order. I only wanted what I paid for or my money back nothing more.

Placed online order at about 9pm and 3-4 mins before pulling to window. No cars ahead of us but still had to wait almost 4mins to receive items. We ordered NO cheese due to a severe allergy. Since the label was properly on the container, my husband didn’t check. Sure enough 2 slices of cheese were melted onto the qtr pounder. NO cheese clearly on the label yet cheese all over sandwich. Stinks after driving all day and being exhausted. Fries were also cold and horrible. Only positive was the manager Natalie was super apologetic when I called and offered a full refund in the am. Since we were traveling another 11 hours to a funeral, we chose not to waste our time getting our $11+ back, especially when we decided to get breakfast at the next exit to guarantee accuracy and freshness. Sadly, worst Mcds experience ever. Also, I do the surveys every time to get a free sandwich and our receipt was missing crucial info required to complete one.

Noone at the registers to take order, so had to use the screens. Ordered a large combo. Got less than half of the fries that I should have gotten. Called my number and walked away. No drink cup, so I had to ask for it. Sign at the drins says that the straw will be in your bag. Not true, had to go back and ask for that as well. Noone cares about if you get all of your order, or even order anything

They do the caramel macchiato right. The flavors blend well. And they don’t pump in the sugar like the other locations do (which too sweet). Could still taste the coffee ☕
