Drive thru service, I asked for a ranch wrap with lite ranch and a medium fry. the woman asked me and confirm, ranch wrap and what else. I repeated, a ranch wrap with LIGHT ranch, and a medium fry. We did this round about 1 more time, where I stated again, LIGHT RANCH on the chicken wrap and medium fry. When I get the food, tell the young sir to have a good day – just turns around, nothing. So drive away. Wrap feels room temperature. I open the wrap, I have a soggy chicken strip (wrapped for who knows how long) and NOT light ranch. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it out the window. I know its fast food.. but I asked for light ranch 3 times for a reason, to hopefully have a wrap that wasn’t wrapped 3 hours before I ordered it. Fries were fine. But both the drive thru voice gal and the young sir that handed me my food. The gal ruined it not understanding what LIGHT RANCH means… it means have them wrap one fresh, with light ranch. 1 star and will never return.

merely asked if i could recieve my order inside, and within second i had a female manager who couldn’t speak much english coming at me with an attiutude out of nowhere from the back. by the time i let she approached me two more times with attitude because i asked if i could get my order inside. 3 times she wanted to start an argument and wanted to rgue and chastise me, inside, on the floor, in uniform, inn front of other employees and customers. she didn’t even know english nuymbers, asked me for my order number and didn’t understand numbers, and i had to hold up fingers with the number of my order. i will report this to corporate as well. btw the initial cashier guy was great and just wanted to answer my question, it was the shrieking siren calls from the manager who decided it was my fault for her not being good at her job whatsoever.

Robert has singlehandedly kept me coming back for months and has consistently provided the best customer service and interactions you could ask for. He picks up the slack for sure. He has never been a source for my food issues. It’s always 12pm to 6pm thats difficult
Robert deserves a lot more.
Great food. Good people. However I eat here about 5 to 10 times a week and I get the incorrect order maybe 2 times per week. Getting the correct order after the fact always takes a while (20+) minutes. And most curbside orders take about 15 minutes. Communication is key.

Never a good experience. Today, I asked for some sauce for a customer I was picking up for. The employee was extremely rude, cut me off, called me “baby” and refused to get me any sauce. He then walked away and ignored me as I continued talking to him. I told the customer to complain through DoorDash about the incorrect order that the inconsiderate employee didn’t care about.

SAFETY ISSUE. There was a very suspicious man..lurking in the children’s playland. He did not have any children with him. He had a device with him that appeared to be recording. I caught him standing near the bathroom starring at my son. When I saw him..he quickly turned away and went into the bathroom and stayed for a while. It was very disturbing. ADULTS WITHOUT CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE SEATED IN PLAYLAND!!!

I sat in drive thru line for awhile, while the other lane three cars went thru. Once I get to the window the young man was very rude. Ive seen him talk rude to employees on other visit. My food & coffee was wrong. I threw the food & coffee away because aa rude as he was i didnt trust what he would do to my food because I had to wait for someone to bring it out. Other than this visit with him at the window Ive always had a good experiences. I go there every week. Well I won’t go now for a lil while because of his bad customer service

The drive through lady put the lid on my drinks then proceeded to flip them upside down and shake them. Then she went to hand them to me like none of that just happened. They were completely drenched outside.

I ordered through the app ahead of time. I got there and waited awhile even though there was only one car ahead of me. I finally got to the drive-thru speaker and sat there for about 5-7 minutes. In this time, two different cars came AFTER me into the other line and I heard the employee take both of their orders before he ever said a word to me. I was angered by this, so I drove around to the window to tell him I had been waiting awhile. As I tried to explain to him that he had taken 2 other orders of people who came significantly after me, he shut the window in my face. I went back around and sat for another 3-5 minutes when I was finally able to give my app code. When I was finally picking up my order, the employee didn’t say a word to me and rudely shoved the food in my hand. I have never been so angry at the service of any restaurant than I was this morning.

I think the food here is always great and delivered at a timely manner. This review is being made for particularly one man who works there. Every time I see him he asks me how I’m doing but I genuinely think he means it. When I ask how he’s doing he says he’s blessed every time and I believe he means it. It’s a nice human interaction before I get into my food. If we all followed this man’s example of how to act the world would be a much better place.

We had to wait 20 min for our food and when we went to ask for it a lady names Samira talk to us with an attitude and said that the order was too big…. It was a $30 order… worst customer service and the manager didn’t even care or apologized for her employee…
