I am still standing here and have asked for a refund as my order was placed 38 minutes ago. I was told again it would be right out and please wait. I just would love to leave but would like my money back and think this is complete crap. Worst run and worst everything of any McDonald’s I have ever seen. There are as a note 5 Uber orders left as it took so long they just left. I have photos and times to back this and all of my statements up. The last three times I visited this location taking over 30 minutes to get your food. I get it hard to get good help these days, but the problem is they have plenty of people working. Nobody working together on anything then the manager I believe it was a manager got upset with me because I pointed out. They screwed up my order five times and then I asked for the ranch cut to go with the Nuggets and then she goes. How many do you really need but your six of them look in the bagtwo barbecue barbecue sauces I mean come on why are you mad at me this place? Honestly is just ridiculous. Put in a curbside order at 7:32 finally had to get my grandson out of the car who was asleep and go inside at 7:57 because they still had not brought my order. When I went in and asked why they just didn’t shut off curbside if they didn’t have anybody to walk them out. The guy said he was waiting on the drink. Well if there was a problem with the drink that we had ordered which we ordered Sprite. Why would you not come out and ask if there was something else they could give us to expedite our order. The whole point of ordering curbside was to have it brought out to us. I chose that option instead of the drive-thru as it was super busy. But as I watched the line get busy and clear get busy and clear. I realized I may not be getting grandson’s food unless I go in. Ridiculous horrible service

Went through the drive thru and they messed the order up. The manager became irate and said, “you mean to tell me that they spent $35?” She was insinuating that my family was less than. I can’t believe they continue to let people like this work for them.

This is possibly the worst McDonalds I have been to. You sit in line for about 15-20 minutes minimum even if they aren’t busy. They consistently make the order wrong, and then it looks like these pictures. They can’t even get the stuff on the burger. It looks like they stand back and throw everything on it. The food is always cold even when I check it in the car and the burgers taste like they are old 8 times out of 10. 9 times out of 10 the fries are barely edible.
9.19.24 – 2 days IN A ROW of ordering a sausage cheese biscuit with extra cheese… get charged for extra cheese… and there is none!! They are the last place I had to get breakfast, and they are about to lose my business all together.
11/8/2024 – They really need to hire people who can READ to make the food… almost EVERY TIME I order a sausage and cheese biscuit with extra cheese the wrapper says extra cheese and I am charged for extra cheese, but it doesn’t have extra cheese. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO READ AND MAKE SOMETHING CORRECTLY. I wish they would put a Wendy’s out here and then I would just never go to McDonald’s again.

Waited 45mins in the drive through tonight, waited 30mins last night. Never order after 9pm!! Update to the owner, your Google reviews tanking should be a sign to check it out instead of making EVERY bad review fill out another form. Do better.

Even being one of the closest locations to my house, I can’t really recall a great experience there ever. Not sure if something is wrong with their drive through electronics, but you can pull up to one of their 2 lanes and sit there for minutes and no one will respond even when attempting to talk to it to get someone’s attention. Then if a second car pulls in after you they respond to them first then to you even though you have been sitting there trying to get their attention. This has happened 5+ times. On top of that they often get the order wrong, did it to me a few minutes ago once again. Not sure if its the electronic, or lack of employee training, but has been a bad location for years.

Get your services together McDonald’s how I so wish Burger King was still in this town! Ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget With two fish sandwich sandwiches as a combo, I never got my combo. I received two cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and fries. I was not gonna go back and sit in the line for another 20 minutes just for them to re-correct the order they messed up lucky my kid loves chicken nuggets. However, the only food edible was the cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets taste like they were microwaved.

This place constantly takes 45 minutes or more when you mobile order and go through the drive through. The food is often drowned in whatever condiments are on it making them impossible to eat without getting the sauce everywhere. Trying to cancel the order after you told them your order number is possible so you just have to wait 15 minutes for each car in front of you to finish or forfeit your money. I would give 0 stars if allowed.
