I have never been so upset with a restaurant or any business for that matter. I was driving in a hot car (our ac went out) with 2 toddlers who were over heating. I pulled into the drive through to ask for water and they were going to charge me. Unfortunately i had forgotten my wallet and was unable to pay. After arguing with them for a few min. They did finally give me 2 cups of water for my kids. But the employees told me that they would get in trouble for doing so.

Worst McDonalds in the entire kc metro. Everything from rock hard hot cakes to leaving the bacon off of bacon quarter pounder. They even charged me extra for bacon added to a mcdouble instead of ringing up an actual bacon mcdouble. I can’t remember the last time I ordered food at this location and wasn’t disappointed. Do not recommend this restaurant at all. This is the 2nd time they screwed up the order. Ordered with bacon and didn’t get any. The guy on the phone had the nerve to say to bring the sandwich back the next day to get one made. So much for good customer service anymore. It’s sad that you even have to use a kiosk to order your food. They don’t even want to interact with anyone anymore. Pitiful

The food was good, and the atmosphere inside was quiet, my only real complaint is that it was extremely cold inside. It was already very cold outside and it just would have been nice if the heat was going. I know that’s not in the employee’s control, however, it is an easily rectified issue.
