I ordered 2 happy meals but they just gave me one. I did asked them. They still said already had 2 meals in the Halloween bucket. I trusted them so I didn’t check again. I used to have bad experience here and this is the last time I ordered food here. Never come back again.

They have you pull around to the other side of the building every single time now and the biggest problem with this is that they do it to every car. They then wait until they have 3 orders ready at once which means your food is done but you’re waiting on 2 other orders to be finished before they bring the food to your car. I know that they are doing this to keep their average drive-thru time low, but it’s not fair to the customer. Multiple times I’ve had to walk back inside after they drop off my food because the order is incorrect. Every time I order the seasonal hot honey dipping sauce they give me hot mustard instead because the expeditor is not reading the full description on the screen. This is a huge inconvenience. I may just start telling them that I’m not pulling around because I don’t care about your “av time” if you’re not going to deliver in a timely manner OR get the order correct. Terrible practice and it’s all being done to appease regional managers or corporate.
*EDIT* Nice reply, McDonald’s, but that generic feedback website is far from actually addressing this issue. Must be nice making billions of dollars and running your restaurants like slumlords.

This place used to make your food stellar! Lately it feels like the quality has gone down. Got a couple steak and egg breakfast sandwiches and the steak just felt really over cooked and dry, like almost chewy, not tender and moist like I’ve had from other locations. Not the first items I’ve had an experience with like this either. I pick this place because it’s close but I may start going to the other McDonald’s in town. Staff is still great! Although, I’m hoping this food quality issue will turn around soon.

The worst McDonald’s in town, order is wrong or inedible every time I try and stop by after work. Tonight, they literally missed the bottom bun with half the top bun wrapped around it, as well as a fillet o fish that could’ve been assembled better by a Parkinson’s patient.

The WORST service / food I have EVER had at this location.
Ordered a 10 piece nugget combo…and a 1/4 lb combo. The burger had to have been dropped on the damn floor…then pieced back together with the bun…and hell a mess of toppings.
The Nuggets were barely cooked!!

Went to this local McDonald’s last night at 12 am with my son for late night food after a fun night of clubbing with the boys. We were treated to grade-A service, clean facilities, and scrumptious McDoubles and fries. I will be returning to enjoy more burgers and mchickies at my local McDonald’s. What a wonderful place!

Do not recommend this restaurant at all. This is the 2nd time they screwed up the order. Ordered with bacon and didn’t get any. The guy on the phone had the nerve to say to bring the sandwich back the next day to get one made. So much for good customer service anymore. It’s sad that you even have to use a kiosk to order your food. They don’t even want to interact with anyone anymore. Pitiful

Not quite sure what i did to receive a extra mayo mcdouble and one with no onions when my order was for no pickle and extra onions :/ guess i offended the workers by going through the drive-thru even tried having friendly banter by complimenting their shirt and got a blank stare back. Definitely recommend picking one of the other 3 locations in town

I only go when they are slow and they always do a good job. When they are busy I don’t even try. Overall I think this location does a good job but it does matter when you go.
