Always a line with angry customers because of wit times or order not adequate. Conveniently located in town is why they recieve the services as the workers often seem overworked or irritated towards customers. I like fries and other items when available they don’t prepare well for the size crowds they recieve or just ignore them all together. Yes, there are other options to dine but face it folks, you can’t give up on the Arches.

Horrible service, they pull you around for one item park you for 10mins then come out with 5 bags for different cars, no receipts to tell them which car it goes to so there digging through your food to figure out if it’s your or the other cars, The person running the food out has no customer service skills, rude and looked like she hates her job. Hire based on Quality not quantity.. it starts at the top

Wry very poor management, the employees don’t even show up on time. The drive through if you use the mobile app you get put in the back of the line. On fry’s they gave only 4 fry’s Thais place is unorganized and very unprofessional.

Was fast and friendly we been here for a half hour with no cars behind us waiting on frys they forgot us ,first time we waited was because they we cold so we waited again For fresh frys 4cars behind us got while we got cold ones again. now we waited a half hour wth mcdonalds has definitely went down the drain.arrived at 7;25 left at 7;50 with no cars behind us lol wow no more
