Mcdonalds has always been a classic, but the quality can be inconsistent. I got a typical egg McMuffin breakfast on my last stop here.
The hasbrown was amazing as always, the mcmuffin itself was good but I noticed the buns where a little too cooked, kind of have the consistency of cardboard on the edges. The sausage/egg where also pretty decent quality and had good flavor to them!
I will say my coffee didn’t taste the best, though, almost as if they forgot to add the flavoring/sugar to it. Overall pretty average but very cheap!

When I asked for a manager because my sandwich was just thrown in the box they said a manager actually made it ♀️ maybe they need to re train them then really the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever received! Day shift I’ve never had a problem, it’s always night shif! I’ll post a pic of what my Big Mac looked like when I opened the box! oh and a large fried that was half full! Reasonable price, staffs periodically checked on us to refill our drinks.
Service was extremely fast and seats were properly kept cleaned.
Lots of parking spaces.

We placed an order for dine in, 22:20, and we kept waiting until 22:50 and they haven’t made our order yet
3 tables in front of us had simply given up since they were all already waiting for more than 40 minutes
22:56 I asked for my order again and they finally tried to make the order with grumpy face.
Drive thru seemed to have no similar problem, it seems they prioritize drive thru much more than people dining in.
Too bad, the McDonald’s here used to be good.
But now the quality has dropped so much.

Today service was pretty good. A little slow. I asked for grill to order fries that were cold so I asked for fresh 1s and they replaced them. Nothing better than fresh hot fries.

There was no one in the front to take orders. They want you to use the kiosk or order online. About 5 people waiting for their online and kiosk orders. 2 had been there over 25 min. The drive thru had about 15 cars in the line. We left.

The food itself is typically good but sometimes cold, but I could go anywhere else in Poplar Bluff and get my food faster. I waited in line at the drive thru forever, so I decided to go inside to get my food. Well they locked the doors at least 10 minutes early and wouldn’t let me in. Obviously I wasn’t gonna get back in that drive thru line so I drove off. Hopefully I’ll get a refund since I had already paid on the app. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how you can be so slow.

Had to go with one star I have never seen the disrespect I saw and went through last night.
One person running around think was the manger disgraceful letting your workers act like they were to customers.
One worker I actually witnessed tell a customer in the driver through if they don’t like the wait they could come in and cook their food themselves.
I got there about 9 pm I used the machine in the lobby to order had my order done in like 2 to 3 mins.
But I waited for over 40 minutes which in turn put me behind getting to work early so I could eat ahead of work.
And while waiting the same worker was leaning on the counter watching TV or a game with a customer while others were waiting.
DISGRACEFUL MCDONALD’S.

I don’t like to make a bad review but at the same time it’s been every time my husband or myself goes to this McDonald’s it seems that we sit in the drive thru lane for close to 30 mins or more. They are super friendly but always very slow.

Today ordered door dash. Took two different dashers to pick up the order first one gave up.
