I got annoyed that the person in the drive thru had me pull around the building even though nobody wasneben behind me. They only wanted to make their time appear to the owner to be better or faster than it was. I don’t like when employees try to circumvent the system designed to help them improve and to give the business owner clean and honest data.
The gentleman was polite though and the food did come out fast.

i spent my whole break waiting in line. there was hardly anyone there and when i got out of line there was cars wrapped . waited 20 minutes for cold fries and a big mac that doesn’t even have the right size patty . always so slow . i work at the outlet mall so it is the closet thing but i dread waiting in line for cold food . i recommend going to your mother in laws house and eating her terrible food than come to this mcdonald’s .

Good food, if you can get all of it! After the fifth time straight ordering chicken nuggets and not getting literally any sauce, I just automatically get back in line now and ask for it again. Just remember, if you got sauce, no you didn’t, go back and ask for it!

Slow and unfriendly. Waited 30 minutes for our order. Half of the order was wrong, including a drink. Just took what we were given and left. Watched others try to fix their orders before us and realized it would be a waste of time. McD corp should revoke the franchise and close this location

After traveling eight hours, our options were limited. Though, as a former McDonalds employee, I have a nostalgia, and we get breakfast at our local regularly. We were sadly disappointed. Spending about $50, it took a long time to get the order, and our burgers and fries were cold by the time we got across the street to our hotel. In addition, there were no onions on burgers (part of why we like) and ice cream was melted.

We walked in, all of the tables were filthy. We waited to order and no one even acknowledged us so we were going to use the app to order, but my husband came back from the bathroom and said it was completely disgusting! We left.

I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and got bored so I wrote this review while sitting here. Everyone was like zombies. No words said just put food through the window when I finally got it. Customer service does not exist here and I don’t think they care about the time you sit here at all.

If i could give NO stars… maybe negative stars… horrible service! I arrived with 20 minutes until the restaurant was closed. Myself and family were totally ignored at the drive thru, as well as window 1, watching her wash dishes wish a head set. She turned look at us and kept washing dishes. Window 2 hand a manager look at us at kept stocking her lids, and walked to the back. The African American young lady was very polite, she asked us finally how she could help us…. and for us to drive back around to the outside lane. We drive around : again: to the drive through. Now in the outside lane for the rude voice of “we’re not taking any more orders. ” I am so frustrated with this location. If you would like any type of service at all avoid this McDonald’s….. -5
