Well Mcdonald’s in Marblehill is NOT the place to eat at. The day after the tornado ripped thru town we went to eat and they got our order wrong and when i went in to let them know they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. The manager was very rude and hateful so it really was awful dont ever go there.

We went in 30 minutes after they open and ordered a burrito and a sausage biscuit. The tortilla was hard like a chip and stuck to the wrapper. The biscuit is hard as a rock, as well as hanging half way off the sausage. And if that isn’t enough, we had to wait for the cashier to stop carrying on conversations about personal things (with another customer blocking the counter) to take our order. And sadly, it’s not the first time. I will have to be starving before I stop there again!

I usually come to this McDonald’s and customer service is horrible. Girlfriend and myself went today and Nicole served us. Came back and asked us how are food was and even threw our trash away for us. We thanked her. She needs a raise, I wish there was more people like that in the world.

The burger was fine except I had to pay 60 cents to add mayo. Ketsup was free however. The manager, who was working the window, said he agreed that it was ridiculous but nothing they could do about it as the pricing came from corporate.

It was 9:52 and all I wanted was drinks but when I pulled up I got the little automated voice that said come back during normal business hours… This mcdonalds struggles to get it together at times…10 o’clock is 10 o’clock guys!!

Always fast service and the foods usually hot and fresh. As long as you order off the value menu it’s a great value. Otherwise like everything it’s a like pricey. Also drinks are only a dollar. I would recommend eating here often.
