We went thru the drive thru earlier today. The man taking our order was hateful and rude. We’ve been regular customers for several years. Over the past few months we’ve seen a change in staff and it definitely isn’t for the better. The new night manager is also rude and condescending. I think we’ll stay away for a while and hope this situation gets resolved. Hoping the owners pay attention.

It looks like someone literally mashed the quarter pounder, also forgot a drink. On the quarter pounder the order was no onions, no mustard, add mayonnaise and it came with a penny sized squirt of mayo AND mustard. The McCrispy literally has no mayonnaise and i put EXTRA on the order. I get you guys hate your job but you can ATLEAST try.

Our food was delicious and arrived at our table quickly. Our cashier was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant space was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking outside. Don’t expect anything besides the usual McDonalds menu, but we had no complaints whatsoever.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s my whole life, and while any McDonald’s you go to isn’t going to offer 5 star service, the service I’ve been getting from this specific McDonald’s for the past few months has been god awful. Every time we have ordered (whether on the app or in person) something is always wrong. I’ll request a specific amount of sauce, and then only get 1 or no sauce for our whole meal, and Items are always missing, or we get the wrong order. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant mostly ran by teenagers and young adults, and I also understand the pressure of working in a fast paced environment. However, consistent mess ups and mistakes after months makes it a little bit harder to be sympathetic. If I was the person who ran this location, I would be having a talking to with my employees about work ethic and common sense.
