I would like to thank the girls at the window and the ones who packing my order, apparently they were to busy being on their phones following something high speed chase to get the order correct, and then off the girls thought it would be fun to be in a high speed chase and run from the cops. Inconsistent, some shifts i pull up see who is working and known the food will be fresh and correct, others? Not so much. Better at customization accuracy then Columbia st or park hills. Got tea this evening that clearly was cut with coffee, if they didn’t have enough offer something else? Usually decent though. Love the daily double.

Gave us really old or dried out meat and when we called about it they tried to tell us it’s cooked all fresh. Then we said it’s not fresh and they insisted it was. It tasted old and felt like it was really dry. Oh and when they remade my food they put pickle and no onions instead of slivered onions and no pickles. Maybe an honest mistake or a petty move idk. But they also refused to give a corporate or whoever owns them phone number.
However I called the next day and Pete was more than happy to help and fix everything. He was absolutely amazing and understanding.

I went in to get a large drink and had to wait 10 minutes before someone even came to the counter to take my order. When they finally did the guy was rude and walked away without even giving me my cup. I had to wait another 5 minutes before I was able to get someone’s attention to get my cup for my drink.
No one even bothered checking the front counter until I flagged someone down.

I ordered my food on the app, it took me about 5 minutes to get to McDonald’s. When I got to the first window, the cashier was really friendly and she was courteous. I got to the second window, and the boy was really friendly, and he was very courteous, and this is where it fell apart. He asked me to pull into parking number one. I waited there over 30 minutes for my food. When my food was finally brought out to me it was cold as ice. I just didn’t eat it. I didn’t have time to go back and turn it in. Yes I think about it it was the $5 meal.
