They did not even package the food right they just threw it in the bag and my burgers and McChicken and fried were everywhere. Sat outgrowth after the drive threw told me to pulla round waited 15 mins for it came out cold. And then there was something in the bag that I have no idea what it even was. So grose.

McDonalds will never compete with the likes of Chick-Fil-A with poor supervision and customer service. On October 28, 2025, I placed a breakfast order a few minutes before 10:30am. When I arrived, the supervisor, April, said she had to cancel the order and re-enter it in their system due to the switch from breakfast to lunch. I pulled around and she asked for my credit card. I asked why I need to pay again. I paid on the mobile app. She said she canceled that transaction. I asked for a receipt showing the cancellation. She could not produce one. Per April, I will get an email showing the cancellation. For the record, I did receive an email three hours later. In the meantime, if I wanted breakfast she insisted I pay again, while it could take 3-5 days to receive the refund. I only wanted proof of the cancellation in that moment, which was never produced. April went on to say, “I can’t give you the food for free.” I was floored! I never suggested or expected free food. In fact, I paid them first with an expectation of receiving my order. BUT, I never did! Based on general principle, I did not want ANYTHING from McDonalds after being insulted. If asking for evidence of a transaction, (e.g. a receipt) means you’re looking for free food or a hand out, I will simply take my money and business elsewhere. Chick-Fil-A has WAYYYYYYY better customer service and technology too apparently. Get your technology updated and train your staff to be more courteous! I will not return!

The woman on headset/present which her name was April, she did not read out the order to us or tell us our total after ordering. When we got to the window she did not read out our order once again and continued to hand us food with missing items. We had told her and she got snappy. I literally work at another McDonalds, understand it can become stressful at times but I also am aware of how you are supposed to handle customers and she did not go about this correctly. The food was still phenomenal!

My orders have been consistently incorrect. Even when I go in and they remake they still somehow still get it incorrect! I’m still waiting on a refund for my last order and have not received it yet. Worst part is that my order isn’t actually complicated at all. The food always tastes old and gross too.

Yesterday, I was given a bag of soggy, undercooked food that was over packed into too small of a bag. I called and spoke to the manager, April, who offered to redo the order. I came back to get the food, and April did not document my issue, and now I am being refused a redo. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Mc Donalds.

The woman working at the payment window on 8/27/25 at 9am was extremely rude, refused to take my card after I told her you had to swipe since McDonald’s hates my chip. So I got no food and got called a poor white boy as I left.
