I ordered a breakfast burrito, hash brown, SEC biscuit, pumpkin creme pie and a strawberry banana smoothie. Fast service, easy to use kiosk, workers friendly. I haven’t been to this location since I moved away but anytime I come back to town, I’ll definitely visit this location.

All we did was ask for the hot sauce for a burrito and it wasn’t in the bag so we politely asked for some and the lady at the window got an attitude with us and said “there was one in the bag” but we sat and looked and there was not. There was no need for the attitude and rudeness towards us.

I mean, it’s McDonald’s food is pretty much the same at of them. But the employees here are courteous and efficient. The lobby is always clean and right now for Christmas they have really gone out of their way to decorate.

No one will wait on you inside of the restaurant. They will just look at you and ignore you. Waited five minutes before saying anything. I was told it was because I was on my phone, which I was not!!!!! I only had the app pulled up to show her. Not once did I not make eye contact with her, no texting, no talking. Both my husband and I just waited and kept making eye contact. Customer service is not available here!!!

I normally go the location, nearest my job, but about a month ago tried this location in a hurry. Let me say, Lindsay at the drive through was so kind. I don’t hear well and she was so patient with me. She was there this morning and honestly. I’ve never had a customer service experience on Hwy K at Christina Marie like I’ve had at Main St. and I make sure I go while she’s working. It’s worth it! It’s a breath of fresh air to have someone not just treat you like a number. Definitely recommend!

Just got 2 coffee’s from this place and I paid extra to get extra stuff in them and it looks and tastes like a regular coffee. I called and asked why they didn’t add extra and the manager that I spoke with said that she made them herself! She was rude and tried telling me she added extra in which there wasn’t extra in it at all. I usually don’t have problems with that location but if I’m not going to get what I paid for and just get an attitude from the manager bc I questioned my drinks then that’s just complete Bull. B

Haven’t been here for years but stopped yesterday for a Big Mac. It was perfect, almost like it was assembled for a TV commercial. Warm patties, perfectly toasted bun, neatly stacked. And excellent, polite service as well.
