You walk in and hear nothing but them complaining about breakfast. They did this for probably 20 minutes while I waited on two egg and cheese muffins.
Not a single person was told to pipe down. Is professionalism a thing if the past?
Other than that the food was okay.
If those kids would like a hard job they can climb towers! They’ll appreciate a nice warm kitchen then regardless if the food being served at that point

I do absolutely love some of the staff, but they are always slow at lunch and dinner. I can say recently that my fries have been fresh almost every time, but they just can’t seem to get the orders right. I mean, it was ordered correctly, and they even put the sticker on it, and it still came out wrong.
Update: the newish female supervisor they have runis one of the best shift. I wish I new here name but they need more workers like her…

The wait time was way too long and the team was rude with a store full of people. I wanted a refund, but by the time someone acknowledged there were several of us at the counter, my food came out. And it was not accurate. I witnessed several inaccurate orders one lady had to ask for each condiment for her burger and said she would put them on herself. Hope this is not a regular experience but I won’t go back.

Wrong order which happens. I ate some fries before I realized it was not our order. So they removed it from my car and gave them to the car behind me (gross) then charged me another $1 which they already charged the car behind me. Once food custody is lost the food should be thrown out and new food made! Finally got my order not correct. Mistakes happen how you handle them matters

Pre-ordered so that I could quickly pick up inside after using the restroom, only to find out that they are not unlocking the lobby doors due to short staff. Ended up going through the drive through. From what I saw, there was at least 4 people working which is very typical, so im not sure why the lobby is closed. This location has gone down hill and I bet their profits shows.

This is definitely a “that’s not my job” environment. No one wanted to help when there was a kiosk issue. Every person had some excuse as to why they couldn’t help him when the employee I asked for help wasn’t knowledgeable. Two minutes later they made time to stand around or play games in the lobby. Not impressed- and I never did get the points.

I asked for light mayo and they drowned my sandwich. I asked for iced coffee and I received milk with sugar and no coffee. I asked the girl at the counter about my coffee, her response was. “That’s how we make it,” just walked away after making that comment. Crap service and food

Worst McDonald’s I have been in. Took over 1/2 hour to get our food! They lost our order when we asked about our order was told “we are doing the best we can” (we ordered inside). Told the worker it was to eat there he put it thru for take out. Order #1 meal he rang each item separately, not as a meal. Second person order two McDoubles meal, once again wrong we ended up with 1 McDouble 4 nuggets small fry and soda never received the chill cup I will never go back to that McDonald our order number was 147
